They gave me wrong order and never fixed it. The line was long. I opened up my food and it was missing eff every that go on it. I called it in but never go looking care of. Its sad
I was disappointed with the online App ordering. I ordered at the MLK location, which states they are open 24hrs. Got there and they said they are closed. Didn't get the food I ordered but got charged for it. Went to the S. Cedar location and got my food. Also charged for it. And the MLK location said I can get a refund on the APP, but I was unsuccessful in my attempt to do so.
Multiple outside cameras to aid in keeping track, yet they can't conect a vehicle to an order. Perhaps, if the food window knew in real time which order had just cashed out, this would eliminate disappointment with their quality of service.
I ordered through the app. Went to the drive thru. Got to the window and they gave me my 3 pops and made me park to wait for the rest of my stuff. After waiting 15 minutes they finally brought out my food, but not my frappe. I told the lady I was missing my frappe. She says carmel right, I'll go get it. 5 minutes later after watching at least 2 others walk out with frappes, I went in to get mine and she provides me a refund because the frappe machine went down. Maybe of she had brought it out on time I would have gotten my frappe. If the machine was down, I should have been informed before having to go in the store after waiting for 20 minutes. Then I get home to find my nuggets were far from fresh. Not a fan!!!
Worst restaurant to eat at if u actually even get the food u ordered. Ull be waiting quite a while to get your food if u get it. Also u might get assaulted if you come back through the drive thru asking for the rest of your food. All the employees seem to be too hood to hold down an actual job, they deserve $15 an hour lmfao. Glad I don't eat there anymore
The workers at this place were beyond disrespectful. My father went and ordered fries and they gave him the wrong thing. The MANAGER then cussed at him for their mistake. Making it seem like he didn’t want to Pay, which was incorrect. I am so highly upset and will never go there again. They then proceeded to purposely not give us our food so we had to leave.
Why does it seem like there is always something wrong with the strawberry shake machine part? There has to be an alternative fix for when this happens. Sometimes vanilla or chocolate just won't do! ?
Instead of telling me that she couldn’t hear me, she opted instead to ask me before I finished my sentence if that was all, will this complete your order. Terrible customer service. I didn’t realize articulation was that hard. Needless to say wished her a good day and will never visit McDonald’s again.
