On multiple occasions at the drive thru I am told “ be with you in a moment” then someone pulls to the second order lane and get helped immediately. I didn’t say anything. Then ANOTHER CAR GETS TO ORDER, so I said hello and got a what can I get you. I tell her my order and she says hold on again. A third car pulls to the second order lane and gets helped immediately!I finally left after not getting helped.This is the dumbest McDonald’s around.
I am a REGULAR Customer at Mc Donald's and have Always been satisfied! Their Customer's can always know they will get Fresh Hot Quality Food! I've been through several of their Restaurants Anywhere in the Lansing area and throughout the State! I am actually ? thinking of going to work for them as a Management position! It Amazes me when I go to any Mc Donald's their sign says it ALL "BILLIONS SOLD!" and YOU ALWAYS KNOW WHY!!! THANK YOU MC DONALDS I LOVE ❤️ YOU GREAT JOB!!!
This location is one of the best McDonald's locations I have ever been to. They are speedy, friendly, and the orders are accurate more than the average fast food place. I have had a couple instances where they forgot a fry, but I didn't leave the property yet without checking and got it resolved quickly.
Nicest crew of any McDonald's I've ever visited. The store is clean, bathroom is tidy, and management is visibility working next to crew members every time I visit. That's the key to a smooth running operation; managers that are willing to do actual work and lead by example. Other locations in Lansing could and should use this location as an example of how to run a great McDonald's restaurant.
Had to return mushy fries. Got a remake that was only slightly better. Service is fast though. Crew is amicable. Needs trees for shade in the parking lot.
Got the order wrong at first but made sure to makeup for it the people who were working were very nice and attentive
Stopped on my way to work to treat my 3 coworkers with a breakfast sandwich and hash browns. Got to work and a sandwich was missing. Went back to Macdonald’s for my missing sandwich and some dude looked at my receipt and replaced the sandwich. Got back to work opened the sandwich and it was not what I had ordered. Went back and was furious at that point and asked for a manager. Some person who claimed to be the manager and who was not even wearing a mask gave me hell for having the nerve to bring the sandwich back as she said the practice was unsanitary. I was livid at that point and told her I did not ask for nor did I want that sandwich that was given to me in error. She went back, got the right sandwich and practically threw it at me. I called her a name that was not very nice and left.I will never ever go to these incompetent people ever again.
Manager short with temper. No customer service . Drive Thur more important then customer standing in front of you. I waited at counter for 10 min listening to her take orders for drive thru for 5 cars. Never never go back.
You work at McDonald's how hard is it to stack pre made food in the right order. Like how hard is is to do your job. You wonder why no had any respect for fast food workers management and entire staff absolutely useless.
Got food fast. Building looked clean considering all the snow. Almost $30 for 3 meals yikes but decent for fast food.
