Very disappointed. Let me order and pay on app, then waste your time getting to the front to find out mobile orders don't work after 11? Idk very unprofessional and they don't even care about your food. Just go somewhere else, this place isn't worth any of your time.
22 minutes later...Frankly agree with prior comments on mobile app and slowness of service. Rang phone off the hook twice before someone finally showed up. Disappointed to say the least.
Kinda hard to get the attention of workers anymore. Some people may only have cash at times and want customized orders or things added to their order. The kiosks are limited in what they do...
The McDonald's on west Saginaw closer to Waverly Rd. The young man at the drive thru who collected the money, was very nice, professional and had such a happy attitude. My food was all fresh. Nice to see younger generation being so positive, service with a smile and helpful and saying thank you etc ..
Not open 24/7 as advertised. Employees literally sitting around doing nothing and yelled at us thru the glass. Extremely rude location. And to think they think they deserve $18/hr....laughable.
Drive thru was very efficient and when I forgot to order pies for my son n daughter she(not sure if she was mngr)she got them for us at the food window no charge. The girls here are always so nice and help you with kindness in their hearts. Maybe the store on MLK could learn from them!
If you withstand waiting in the long line to order your food you’ll get home to the surprise of being shorted on fries and a sloppily made burger slathered with sauce wish I could give this location 0/10 this is the worst McDonald’s around!!! Stay away if possible
I wouldn’t recommend doing mobile orders here. Every mobile order I have placed coke out wrong..either missing items or wrong items. Management says “it happens” because they are “too busy and under staffed”. I would understand a mistake every once in a while, but it’s happened on 3 separate occasions. Orders are always right when I’ve done drive through though, staff is very friendly.
For once it was fast, regularly there a long A** line all the way around to the sidewalk at times. They always slow & messing up orders and forget to give napkins Smh....
Ordered online and had curbside pickup selected. Only ordered two drinks. Waited for 10 minutes before going inside and seeing my smoothie half melted sitting on the counter. They quickly made my unsweetened tea and handed me my smoothie. I was already behind, so I didn't ask them to remake the smoothie.If you order online here definitely go inside or through the drive thru or else they will just leave you waiting on the parking lot.
