This McDonald's is very slow. Sometimes they forget to add items in your to go orders at the drive through.I had to get back in line and get it. Nothing to compensate me for my time. It took 20 minutes to resolve this issue.If you want your food in a timely manner, this is not the McDonald's.
So this McDonald's decided to treat my mother in law so horribly. threatening her, yelling at her from the drive thru window now management won't answer the phone or even give a call back. They then after all that B.S gave us raw cold chicken nuggets for our children and visiting family members. I do not recommend anyone eat here or spend any type of your money here.
I have never had a worse experience(s) with any fast food restaurant. The few times I’ve gone to this McDonald’s I’ve waited in line for over 30 minutes no matter how busy it is. The customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever had and every single person I’ve ever encountered there is horrible and does not deserve to have a job. I worked in McDonald’s for two years in high school and I have never seen such a horrible group of individuals. I would rather go 10 miles out of my way for a different McDonald’s then continue going to this one. I highly recommend avoiding this place.
Apparently when you use a free coupon from the App at this location they just give you whatever. The only reason I went was for the Lg Iced Caramel Mocha coffee, and I end up with a regular plain HOT coffee... I don't see how it's that difficult to get an order correct when I only ordered two items! And the person who makes the coffee only has to prepare that one item! Poor location - poorly trained employees - poor management.Its worth driving to the next closest location to avoid this ghetto trap.
I am giving it five stars because I went there to pick up food twice for a delivery and the first time the manager was singing and groving with the music while filling the order. And was very well mannered when he gave me the orders and was speedy at getting them done while he was enjoying himself to the music.He made me want to stay and eat so I could watch him some more because I have never seen anyone ever just seem so happy at work in a fast food place
They need to clean! The entire dining room floor feels like an oil slick. I was literally running and sliding across the floor. The tables were the same. Burger was fine, fries were cold and soggy.
I wish I could give them less than one star. Arrived at 8:37pm on a Thursday night and was yelled at in such a way it reminded me of my dearly departed mother, god rest her soul. Rudely I was informed that they were closed. Leaving in disappointment I went around to see several employees smoking and hanging around the side door to the lobby. Crazy looked like they were milking the clock to me, I wonder what corporate would think? Perhaps you should stay open now that you make a livable wage. 24 hours is what the website states as their open hours, not once have I seen them open for this timeframe.
Nuggets and fries were fresh on the fly and they cleared a long drive through lunch line fast as hell. Kudos, McD's staff, the screaming children thank you. The new Mario Kart happy meals made our whole entire day!
horrible second day in a row no toy in my daughter's happy meal and my cinnamon roll is so hard u can throw it in the ground it will not break. I've tried to call the store for 45 mins now and get hung up on or no answer. do not go to this McDonald's
I wish there was a negative star option! This place was horrible, I ordered a door dash from here and not only did it take two hours for them to get the order to my amazing driver, but they also didn’t give me anything in the order. I ordered 40 nuggets, three fries, a large soda, and two cheese burgers. They gave my driver a large fry and a double cheeseburger. How does that even happen? I’m not one to complain about fast food service, I worked in fast food for five years as a student, but I’ve never seen anything like this. Horrible service, inadequate managing, and just an overall poor fast food chain. Like I said, if I could rank them in the negatives I would but sadly o have to settle for a one star. This McDonald’s is horrible please don’t go here if you are looking to eat quickly and are hoping to get the correct order.
