We order an extra large half cheese half pepperoni and cheese bread tonight for dinner. The cheese bread was okay however the pizza was awful. It was definitely sitting for a while before delivery(we only live a mile away) Also the pizza was not cut all the way throughout. For cost and quality we could have gotten more and better from little cesars. Disappointing.
I do not like how the person answered the phone rudely and I do not like how my pizza was undercooked and barely any sauce when I asked for extra and payed almost 40 for 1 pizza that didn’t even taste better when I put it in the oven will never eat from this establishment again and will be coming and calling in person to say exactly what I have said right here I have a stomach ache thx for the diarrhea.
Very good pizza. Not enough cheese but still good tasting. Person took my order over the phone was very nice and helpful.
I have been ordering from Marcos for years, we moved to lansing MI. it has been terrible. I can't get the online to work to order order, it always says out of our range. so you call and you can hardly hear the person. and it is wrong, I order a small I get a med, I order a sub,only meat and cheese I get everything on it. just sick of it. I guess they li.e to up sale until you realize that you have been up size
I love the food but the customer service is what keeps me coming back. The folks who deliver the food are the nicest people in the business. Tonight, my new pup slipped out the door. I tried to bring her back inside, but I have a broken ankle and rib and she weighs over 50 pounds. The man who delivered my food (I wish I could call him by name) stepped in to help me out. He scooped her up and brought her inside. That is the level of kindness I have come to expect from the staff at this location. Thank you for hiring such great people.

There is no doubt, amazing pizza and cheesy bread!! They are our Friday pizza night establishment!! I cannot say enough about the staff and quality of the food other than amazing!! As busy as they are they always treat you like you are the only one ordering. Thank you all at Marco's!!
Great service. Messed up one of my pizzas n caught it before they boxed it and remade it for me.
