Been to this location a handful of times as we live close. Every time I go in to pick my order up the older lady at the counter is rude for no reason. We have continued to visit this location giving them chance after chance to have better customer service. Today was the last straw and our last time visiting. We had a 50$ order and simply forgot dressing for one of our orders. After cashing out we simply asked for dressing we were answered with a big sigh and slam of the keyboard for no reason. We’re done supporting this location will make the drive for better service. Moral of the story if you appreciate good customer service this isn’t the location you want to visit.
Had the absolute worst experience here. Did an online order which was simple. Got to the store, they were serving a customer without a mask on and all employees were not wearing a mask. I was. They threw snide remarks and jeers towards me wearing mask, without directly speaking to me. You would think no matter the customer they would show respect, but I guess they don't need my money or service. Their pizza is mediocre at best. They made it an easy decision to take my business somewhere else.
This is my experience at Mancinos Pizza's and Grinders! I've always heard what excellent food Mancinos has! So I was anxious to try them and I finally found one last week! I ordered two Grinders a meatball and Italian and couldn't believe how very Disappointed I was to say the least! The Meatball Grinder had ground up sausage in it and Not meatballs! I didn't notice any cheese and very little sauce! The top of the bun burned! The Italian grinder had a couple of slices of salami and ham one small pieece of lettuce and two slices of tomato! The top of the Italian bun was also burned! I was charged $8.50 for each Grinder and felt I really got ripped off! I also decided to try the Sampler and it had 4 Onion rings, a very few fries, and 3 chicken tenders! When I opened the Sampler box I was totally Surprised as all of them were burned! The only thing I could think of is that they didn't have fryers! So they baked everything in a oven that had a high temperature used for cooking Pizza's! So I was charged $24.00 for everything and I would Not recommend Mancinos! I will stick with Subway as their subs have 3 times the meat and alot of lettuce and tomatoes and they only charge $8.00 for a full Sub! I only got a half of a Grinder at Mancinos for $8.50! All Subway's are well worth it and Fresh!
I ate at the Waverly Mancino's last night. Sooo good, I have leftovers to enjoy...Carrie, the owner, and her Mom and her best friend were so busy!When I walked in I was able to order right away.I got my order after a long list of people got theirs, all having come and gone. Some orders were small, but there was a BIG order for one man who brought help with him to carry it all out!I was dining in and there alone except for the people coming and going.When they brought my order to my table, they thanked me for being so patient.I highly recommend this Mancino's - the food and service is EXCELLENT!
The best gluten free pizza and brownie. They cooked the pizza perfectly which can be hard to do with gluten free crust. The staff was so friendly. I plan on visiting this location again the next time I'm in Lansing.

I remember when the restaurant was moved to where it is now. The owner and crew are always pleasant and makes each visit feel like they've missed me. The friendly atmosphere is the best. I love this place.
The best Grinders in the universe, in my opinion. Absolutely wonderful ❤this place. None better. Take my word for it.
This place is amazing with good food but the best part was the experience. The manager is kind and thoughtful greeting each of her customers with pure intentions/pure heart creating an atmosphere comfortable to dine in. Her leadership style was a breath of fresh air, watching her coach and encourage her team with her mother working by her side. Great Job Ladies.. DYNAMIC DUO....????
