My wife and I went in and stood for 5 minutes with no service. A bartender worked in front of us for 3 of those minutes. I finally cleared my throat to bring attention to the party. There was not response. I have no interest being treated like I'm not there. We will not visit this location again. Which is a shame cause it usually has such great service. The ownership or someone should get involved to fix this.
Unfortunately I did not enjoy the food I got, though my partner’s was alright. The service on our visit was simply terrible, not a worker in sight for 20 minutes while waiting to pay, watching others wait, and even someone walking out. I hope they’re able to get more staff and that other people have better experiences.
Great food and service. I really enjoyed my lunch with my grandson.
After 25 years in sam antonio i have been inae to find authentic chile rellenos..I FOUND them!! Great customer service.fresh food.nice atmosphere.I ordered the specialty platter!! Amazing!!
The food and service was very good! The menu has lots of options. I'd say the prices are $$. We'll definitely go back to check out several dishes. I'd give a 5 but I had to keep a coat over my shoulders and hold my warm tea cup to be comfortable. Even with being cold, I highly recommend.
Eaten here plenty in the past few years and really enjoyed the shrimp tacos with fresh avocado slices, tonight hubby got the chicken dish w/sausage that he loves and it was GOOD! Only 1 waiter who bartended also, made me a mojito and was very appreciative, service was great for 1 person! I'm a chef and notice some of the quality has gone down, the salsa had an old taste to me,I had the special dinner, the taco was OK, the chalupa had no meat just refried beans, so I went for some beef from the enchilada to eat with the crispy shell and...was NOT homemade definitely tasted like canned Hormel chili! the chile relleno just filled with cheese was disappointing, and I can definitely make better guacamole, was just in Mexico I definitely didn't say that there! I hope the food quality improves or I can no longer stay a regular
Good food, good prices, good service
Delicious food that will satisfy. Mild or spicy with a variety of protein choices. Sauces that will compliment any dish. Amazing margaritas too. Complimentary chips and salsa for the table are a nice plus.
Fun ambiance! The food was good (steak tasted great, but was pretty tough). Good portions for the price. Service was lacking ( we didn't get utensils until AFTER we got our food -- had to ask for them), but they told us when we came in that they were short-staffed.
