Came in around 1pm during the week. Had a group of 7, 6 adults and 1 older child. The wait staff and the hosts were honestly pretty rude. They answered everything short and snobby. The restaurant wasn't busy maybe 3 other tables were there.The food wasn't bad. They brought it out as it was ready but it seemed like our existence in the restaurant was annoying and the waitress wanted to do anything else but be a waitress.Just because of the bad attitudes, I wouldn't come back.
Wasn't to bad. Got seated right away. Waitress did a pretty good job. Fair prices. Hadn't been there in awhile but the food seemed like it tastes a lot different and better last time. Wasn't horrible but just seems pre covid everything tastes better I guess. Overall not bad though
We have not been to Logan’s in some time do to Covid.we used to love Logan’s.yesterday 3/30/2022 we went for dinner.I was excited to have a cold beer and eat some peanuts while waiting for our food. Logan’s did away with there peanuts. I ordered the pork ribs.they were over cooked an next to no flavor. In my opinion Logan’s should offer different choices of sauce. They could have squeeze bottles on the table with different flavors. Spicy,or sweet and tangy. Not even any wipes on the table to clean your fingers off . We won’t be going back. If you want great ribs buddys in holt is your place
Interesting atmosphere, which was better than the service and food. Inattentive server, not once did he offer a drink refill, or even stop to check on us. As a server myself, I don't see how you don't pay attention to your tables. Steak tasted like it was old, soggy and cold in the middle, ribs were fatty and tasted kind of bland. This was my first time there, and will be my last, couldn't deal with the poor service, tasteless food, and screaming kids. It was more than enough for me.
Hot food! Service was good, sent waffle frys back they were cold,they brought me out more they were just as cold as the first batch!
The food was fine once we got it all. We had a bad waitress. Name on the receipt said Nichole. She was very inattentive. Her phone got more face time then we did. Our meal came out in pieces. First our steak - then potatoes. Then one of us got our vegetables and after a bit - the other vegetable came out. Never received any drink refills. The table beside us had a different waitress. They sat down after us - had their food first - and left way before us. She said are you ready to cash out - we said no - but she reached in front of him and took the bill and cash laying on it like she didn’t even listen to what was said. At one point she had sat down in a booth with people and chatted for a bit - while we waited for our food. It was a bad experience. If you get her - ask for a different waitress
Ordered through doordash some logans roadhouse tonight. Wasnt really appreciative of how all of my pickle chips were bunched together and deep fried. Especially for how much money I just spent on all the rest of the food we got. I havent opened up anything else yet but I'll update this further if need be. I see MANY bad reviews for this logans. I'd like someone to actually contact me to rectify this issue because it seems "We are looking into this issue" seems to be their mission statement for weeks on end.
The food had to be sent back three times. We had two orders of well done and one medium well. The burger was sent back twice and still had raw parts. They took my sons whole plate and sides to cook his steak and just brought back the steak. When I asked where the sides were the lady that dropped it off and got mad. Never again
Our server was wonderful. The menu changes I did not like. I would like to see the 6 oz ribbeye steak back on the menu. Also miss the combo appetizer. Actually these are decision makers in my world.
I picked up a superb pre ordered dinner to go at 8:30 pm. Filet was perfect! An excellent quality cut perfectly cooked. Broccoli and potato were fresh. I have also had very good experience dining in here too. I recommend Logan’s Roadhouse.
