It is 7-1-22 at 1pm just left the kfc on mlk because of the very rude and unprofessional manager she didn’t want to give her name but I do not appreciate her attitude when I’m a regular customer there and I’m in customer service you don’t talk to people that way she might wanna find another job
This location has the worst customer service in the world the drive-thru lady on yesterday had no patience she was rude and showed no customer service skills whatsoever he needs to be fired the way that he talked to my daughter when we ordered from the drive-thru window
Who ever is cooking the chicken at this location is doing a great job by preparing the original recipe chicken perfectly.The chicken was seasoned and fried perfect.Some locations serve under battered soggy chicken but this location is doing a great job.Two thumbs up to the cook.
This location does not give good service. The employees tend to be rude. My order always seem to be wrong
Went through the drive-thru that was the only option, I ordered one extra fish when we got order they didn't give me the extra fish that I paid for

I received 5 wings, mashed potatoes with gravy, coleslaw, a biscuit and a medium Pepsi.When I arrived at home and commenced to eating the chicken, it was hard. It seemed to be old. It was very hard. When they open tomorrow, I am returning the chicken, as it was horrible. Everything else was fine.
POOR service. Girl at window asked for honey mustard for tenders and basically dumps on ground. BAD attitude. Felt since I am Caucasian I was not welcome at that store. Returned food as didn’t feel safe to eat it not knowing what she did to food. Not first time treated badly feeling due to my race we were not welcome there. Never go there if you are Caucasian.
This has to be the worse customer service branch in all of Michigan. They have no problem serving burnt food and inconveniencing the customer to return the burnt food another day because I had already made it home and didn't want to return in the snow and traffic. They now go on my list of places not to eat. Kids shouldn't run businesses such as this. They'll eventually run it in the ground. Poor Staffing at this location. As a business owner, I'd never hire anyone there.
Would have given them a 5 star but the cashier was RUDE. She never once spoke greeted us said thank you, nothing. She snatched the credit card, gave us the receipt, after we had to ask for it, presented us with the food. All without a single word, no please, thank you....she should not be involved in anything customer service related. The food was great!!
