As you can expect, their service was very quick. They are located only a few blocks from my work, so it was a quick walk. I got a JJ BLT Unwhich, which was pretty good. Due to it being wrapped in lettuce, the lettuce in the sandwich was a bit overkill and unecessary.
Love the turkey tom. Got it the other day. Got a bag of their regular chips...wasn't happy I couldn't tell what it was other then gross
I'm disappointed in the sub I ordered. I got a vegetarian sub with ham on it bc I wanted the avocado and cucumber but they barely put any avocado on it. And the bread is crusty meaning its like hard. I did take two bites out of the sub before taking a picture and I was going to go back up there to get a new one made but I had 10 minutes until they closed so I didn't think I'd get there on time.
It took an hour to get my sandwich which was wrong. They didn't include a straw or napkins for my drink. All of this I can understand. They're probably really understaffed. What mostly prompted this review was that the driver called me 3 times even though it was clear I was at work because it was not only delivered to my job but I ignored the first two calls. Then he text me saying I HAVE to sign my receipt. When I said I've never had to before he was like "well if you want to leave a tip you have to". He badgered me at work... For a tip. Super unprofessional. Definately going to be skipping out on jj for the foreseeable future.
I'm so disappointed in Jimmy John's lately. Anytime I try to order you can't place an order online ans Noone answers the phone. I finally walked down today and the line was to the back of the store and crawling. This seems to be the issue everytime I try to get Jimmy John's. This has happened for at least the past 6 months. If you want Jimmy John's dont expect "freaky fast".
It was the best sub I've had in years. Real Italian quality! The smell in Jimmy John's restaurant is awesome!
Very uninterested employees. Didn’t ask what I wanted on my sandwich, just threw it together, the decided to have attitudes bc I wanted them to remake it. If they would have asked I would have told them no tomato since I’m allergic. Sandwich was dry, tasteless, and overall not good. I just decided to eat it rather than risk more attitude. Tables were all dirty. This was my first time eating at jimmy john’s, definitely won’t be back
Placed a delivery order the guy asked for every number on the card told me it would be on the way then called back and said they can’t deliver 2.1 miles away what’s the point of “Freaky Fast” delivery if they can’t do it over a 2 mile radius
Do you ever have a busy day, and then someone does a “small” thing that makes your day easier? Well, Shombay, Curtis, and Bobby did that for me today. They are exceptional people that work here!Bobby took my order and was very kind and personable. I was picking up food for an event and ordered several drinks. I asked for a drink carrier, and unfortunately, they didn’t have any.BUT, Curtis said, “Wait, we don’t have any, but we can make you one.”I was like, wait really? And then Shombay pulled out a box and swiftly turned it into a drink carrier for me, and a box for the sandwiches.I was so grateful! Their thoughtfulness made all the difference, made my day easier, and kept me from spilling soda in my car.Give them a raise! :)
Good food, and clean environment.If you're hungry and you crave a good tasting sandwich then Jimmy John's is the place to go.The place wasn't busy at the time, but I have had their food twice and can say that I recommend this business based on the speed of order completion, ease of ordering, and the cleanliness of the environment.I gave a 4 star because twice they forgot the Jimmy Peppers I ordered on the sandwich but overall good sandwich for the price.
