Our favorite sauce, but this time the crust on our large round pizza was 2-3" wide and the toppings were tossed in the middle, so we bought a large but basically got a small with a huge crust. ☹️
Had Jets for the first time and it's just perfectly delicious.When your tired of regular ol boring pizza I recommend Jets.
Would not answer the phone, and when I showed up in person I was refused service because they had shut the ovens off 30 minutes before close. Was told that he wasn’t making anything else because he had a lot of dishes to do, and “he wasn’t going to be there till one in the morning”.
We have ordered a cheese and pineapple pizza from here multiple times. Tonight, for the 3rd time in a row, our pizza was doughy. Each time, there was nothing they could do about it. We asked for it “well done” and it’s still doughy. Customer service is absolutely terrible. This is not a one time problem. We even offered to bring in the pizza and there was still nothing they could do. We order a bbq chicken pizza and a cheese and pineapple pizza every time. My son is vegetarian so he can’t eat the bbq chicken pizza. Now he’s left with nothing to eat for dinner because he doesn’t want to eat raw dough. Unacceptable. We will NOT be ordering from Jet’s again.
Tried ordering a pizza with a coupon that they send me every two weeks in the mailCalled to place the order and they said coupon expires every month. The coupons clearly stated expiration 6/06/2022. They asked the manager and manager said not honor it. The coupon had their address on it. Thank you Jets. Not cool!
Very disappointed with my experience here i got my pizza and all of the toppings are in the corner of the box they remade my pizza 3 times and still Failed to make it the right way
They say they deliver in your area but don’t and then they changed me 4 times witch got decline cause I locked my card on them they food is nasty as well want and picked it up
It's great. Also the most expensive pizza in town. Raunch dressing is sent down from the gods. Make sure you get Ramch chu chug chug chug chug chug waahhhh drssing.
never answer phone, was on hold over 10 minutes. and cant order online. just close already, they dont do delivery either because clearly they have a hard time finding help. when you do actually speak to someone, they are rude as hell. just close already, not worth the aggravation!!!
