Never visited this location before but they were just as good as the location I frequented before moving. On time, hot, delicious pizza. Crispy and gooey in all the right places. Savory and scrumptious.
Awesome customer service! Came in about 10 minutes early the 2 guys working tonight behind the counter were friendly and my pizza was delicious!
For years I have been a regular customer of Jet's at the Frandor Shopping Center on Vine Street and haven't had problems with them for the most part. Not tonight. I went in to pick up a pizza and I didn't think they saw me, so I politely waved at the guy near the oven and he glared at me and coldly told me "we'll be right with you" and then continued to glare big time at me. Then a second guy came to the counter and I was pretty irritated and I asked what the guy's name by the oven was, and he refused to tell me and would not tell me his name or the managers name. If they had done nothing wrong, why would he refuse to give me names? He then refused to give me the pizza I ordered. I was red hot angry and the conversation with the second guy went outside. He continually interrupted me and tried to talk over me and escalated the situation even more. At one point I told him that the "customer is always right" and he told me they weren't. He then yelled at me telling me the employee involved was a special needs employee. If the second employee had just taken me aside at the start of this and nicely said sorry, I would have dropped the issue. I didn't need to know that the other employee was special needs and he shouldn't have revealed that information to me or anyone else. My beef by this time was only with the second guy who continued to throw gas on the fire, no-one else. Employees should never continue to provoke a customer who is already angry. These days integrity is in low supply, so I'm sure the employees there will stick together and deny or stretch the facts. If this happened to me, it has and will happen to others. Everyone remember, if we patronize companies that treat us like this, it will only get worse. They don't deserve our hard earned money. Addendum: I just checked their other reviews. I've never seen so many 1 star reviews for a restaurant before. I don't know how they came up with a 3.4 star average. Amazing.

If he had just taken me aside at the start of this and told me nicely, I would have dropped the issue, but he chose to infuriate me more. My beef by this time was with the counter guy who continued to throw gas on the fire, no-one else. I am a retired Accountant, but for 4 years I was a Store Manager at several Rite Aids. When it comes to customers who are complaining fairly or unfairly, the employees there were instructed not to argue or do anything to anger the customer more than the customer already was and call a manager if necessary. They were not allowed to give "attitude" to an angry customer and argue and I had little patience for those who broke this rule. As I was finally leaving Jet's, I asked for the owners name and of course I did not get it. If I feel like it, I may go down to the Secretary of Commence and pull up the Articles of Incorporation for this store and get the names of of the Officers and send them some registered letters. Never answered there phones while still being opened. 910pm last night was my delivery time it didn't come till 945pm. That's 35 min past delivery time, trust me I wouldn't have cared but every single thing was cold even the hot fudge brownie. The cheese bread was dry bread the pizza sauce tasted watery with slapped on oregano. The pizza was of course also dry I tasted everything once before I had to re heat it. Never in my life been disappointed by jets pizza but now I'm officially never getting jets again. What the hell happened to great service now a days. It's like it doesn't exist well it clearly doesn't at this location.
HORRIBLE SERVICE I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Made a delivery order around 7 and still received nothing 2 hours later so i call and the man on the phone says someone cut their finger open so they never made my pizza. they offered to make it and send it out within 30-45 minutes. An hour later i called before they closed and they said they delivered it TO AN ADDRESS I NEVER GAVE THEM. The employee i spoke with was not helpful at all and offered no resolution for the problems on THEIR END. Do not go to this location.
Place my order got my delivery time 6:44pm. Now it's 7:14pm I call 517351110 spoke to a gentleman who knew where I was located and confirm the address for delivery at 8pm. At 7:47 I get a text from Evan confused and promising to credit my account due to the delay. So I give him direction as to where I'm located.(which was the same address I place the order with)At 8pm I received a call from what sounded to be someone very incompetent and lacked customer service skills to properly handle mistakes made by the store. Training could go a long way here.Took three hours to be told that the order was out of the delivery zone. After having to be the delivery drivers navigation ( for some reason he is delivering pizza and doesn't know his way around.) I am from out of state, heard Jet's was great but I beg to differ. Oh and by the way this deserves no stars but I had to put one star to leave a review!
Great pizza usually, but they mixed up my order and gave me two barbeque chicken 4 corner pizzas and one was burnt. They must have given my vegetable pizza to someone else who ordered a barbeque chicken pizza, I bet they were more upset than I was.Good pizza, just make sure you get the right order.
The Detroit style deep dish with the bold pepperoni is amazing, especially if your a stoner who loves food! Best pizza in town, look no further
Ordered for delivery and they were late by an hour. When I called to ask about the status of the delivery, there was no one answered the phone the first 2 times. On the 3rd call, they only responded with ‘It’s on the way’ and hung up.
