Up until recently this location has been nothing short of stellar. My online orders were always spot on. The last 3 times I have ordered have been abysmal. From pathetic portions in cheese steaks to SEVEN items missing from a $21 sub. SEVEN! Three of which were extra charge items. That is not an oops. That is flagrant unemployable stupidity.
worst service ever, understandable that she was stressed and working by herself but you NEVER be rude to customers. took forever to make our subs, never asked what was on them and got mad and would hit stuff and have a tone with customers who would correct her for making their sub wrong. definitely won’t ever come back if she’s working. horrible attitude. went on 5/16/2022 at 7:30pmwent again today, thought they’d be better if that girl wasn’t there, but once again, asked for NO mayo 3 times, they put mayo on it and i can’t have mayo. wasted 30$ on food that i can’t even eat. made both meal. didn’t even get the chips. worst service ever. be better.
I am giving 1 star due to customer service, not food. I ordered a sub online, the order went through and my card was charged. When I got to the restaurant, it was closed. I tried calling numerous times the following day and nobody answered. I emailed the cooperate office and they told me there was nothing they could do but they would pass the message along to the local store. I did not hear back from the local store so I called several more times and finally someone answered. When I told the manager about what happened, I was told just to come in and they would give me what I ordered. No apology or explanation of what happened. I requested a refund and was told “well, it may take awhile.” Still waiting on the refund and not planning on ever going back.
We had a large order (15+ boxed lunches) for a nearby meeting. When we arrived, we were informed the manager (Quentin) had left a single employee alone in the store to make ALL of the food. Poor customer service and, honestly, it seems like a HUGE safety issue leaving a single employee alone.The bright side? Lashonda handled a stressful situation relatively well, despite being left in a bind. Kudos to her.
Great food, better staff and quality environment. It's my new favorite sub shop.
Go here every time I visit Lansing! Stop before heading home so I can take them home and eat for a couple of days! Like that they are completely made fresh as you watch and wait. Service has always been good here.

Talk about great service at a last minute request! Our agency, United Community Family Services took 30 seniors on a trip to tour the capitol. We ordered lunch from this Jersey Mike's location and the JM staff was not only helpful but extremely accommodating. They were able to prepare and deliver the food to our tour bus. They catered to our senior needs and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you JM staff for your outstanding service and amazon lunch!

Every experience at this location is perfect every time. Quintin is the manger their and he does an AMAZING job running the business. This location is a model location, I go out of my way specifically to come to West Saginaw because the staff and food is always on point.
