Awful. The chicken was so dry and over cooked it was like jerky. Like, was this someone's leftovers you sent me home with? The egg rolls were flat and greasy, hardly any filling.Unsatisfied, won't be back.Ps, all the sesame seeds you see on my sesame chicken were added by me, at home with my own sesame seeds, Because sesame chicken apparently doesn't come with sesame seeds?

I've been in Lansing 6 yrs and had yet to find a GOOD quality Chinese restaurant-I FINALLY FOUND IT!! Decided to try Hong Kong since it is close and was SO beyond AMAZED! I'm a chef myself so very pickyOrdered the sesame style vegetarian dish for my daughter she LOVED itWe decided to order the best seller fish dish and turned out to be a family style meal came with homemade sauce and was DELICIOUS! The crab Rangoon appetizer came out hot from the oil (not microwaved like other places) and we had the smoked duckMy husband and I have made duck breast at home so had high expectations we were SO thrilled with the smoked duck, flavor great and the skin crispy just a great experienceYes Na the owner is running the place by herself so it is not a quick experience but she gave my husband and I soup while we waitedCan't wait to get back and try more foodThere are so many authentic Chinese dishes I've never seen before if you like to try new food get to Hong Kong!

People who don't know actual Chinese cuisine are ones I see posting 1 star reviews. Realize that many dishes are Americanized Chinese cuisine, okay?General Tso's chicken does not even originate from mainland China. Crab Rangoons, Sesame Chicken, Egg Rolls, and Lo Mein were all foods tailored to American tastes. I judge on food and service. Although I live for traditional Chinese cuisine. Sometimes, you can't go wrong with Hong Kong's food. The staff are really nice and hardworking people. I would come here all of the time with my Grandma and they were always so gracious to us. I recommend giving this place a try before looking at all of the negative reviews. And the price is very affordable.

My favorite Chinese restaurant in East Lansing.Food tastes so really good with reasonable price, big portion.Free for rice and fried rice.I ordered 3 dishes for 2 people and can't finish.Mapo Tofu, Sichuan Pepper fish soup, salt and pepper shrimp are all yummy

I absolutely love this place!!! The new owner is the sweetest woman ever! Her name is Na and she takes pride in the food she creates. I always order from her traditional menu. The dumplings in hot chili oil are to die for as well as the cucumber salad and everything else!! I took my Mother to dine in and Na cooked us some very delicious and unique dishes to try. She's a joy to talk to and loves to make people happy by feeding them delicious food!

Generals Chicken was more of a hot wing sauce then traditional generals. Egg rolls were mushy inside. Very disappointing

So good! The hot n sour soup was perfect and the right amount of hot. Crab ragoons creamy and crisp, and the Mongolian beef was super flavorful. My fiancé got the General Tso’s with the vegetarian “chicken” and was very impressed! Good hot tea as well if you dine in - we were the only diners at the time but the takeout was crazy busy! Will 100% be going back to try more of the menu - especially the traditional Chinese! Large portions too, we both took almost half of our entrees home! Super kinda staff as well!

The waitress was nice, but it did say before we went there it was a buffet which it's not. The items are very pricey for being just a sit-down restaurant. PA drop soup was very bland.

Girlfriend just ordered delivery from this place through door dash...it was garbage!! Didn't realize it was a buffet...they must've ran out of chicken because my general tso ($15.99) was nothing but lightly fried dough...there was NO chicken. Will never get food from here again.
