Called the Cedar St/Miller Rd location as it indicated it was open. Placed my order and was told it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. Now I will admit that when I called the girl rattled off some type of location but I couldn't hear a word she said and why would I question it if I called the number we always call. I got to the Cedar location to find that it is closed for renovation. Welp, so I called the number and the guy said yes, they are forwarding all their calls to our North side location on Saginaw. I never got an apology at this point. We decided to still proceed and get our food as we had a hungry bunch of kids at home. (Mind you I am now driving 40 minutes round trip out of my way). When I get there to pick up I was again never given an apology even when I mentioned I just drove all the way from Holt, nor did the gal at the counter say thank you, etc.I get all the way home and our boneless wings are horrible. We could not even detect a drop of sauce on any of the 3 pounds of wings we ordered. They were absolutely gross, not to mention our fries were soggy (of course) after how long they sat there waiting for me to pick up and then drive all the way home. What a waste of $42.00, plus all my gas money and time!

Food is not too bad but they always forget atleast one or two things in my order every time I order food from here.

So I'm totally angry, my car broke down yesterday. I was able to pull into Happy's Pizza on the corner of Cedar and Miller rd. I went in an talked to a manager, he said it was fine to leave it there and wouldn't tow my car. Guess what Happy's Pizza had my car towed. How kind of them, now it will be $235 to get my car Monday. I'm really disappointed that you can't rely on people's honesty. Well Happy's Pizza you will be losing business!!

I go here for their Cajun crust and they hardly ever put it on. It's in the order details everytime... great pizza otherwise

Ordered online so it would be faster BUT that wasn't the case. Pizza and cookie sat on Pick Up rack for 20 - 25 minutes while wings/rib tips and fries were being prepared. Several customers including walk in customers received their food before my order was completed. Manager didn't even say "Apologize for the wait or even acknowledge it".

First time ordering. I ordered a salad and they made it wrong. I ordered a LG antipasto and got a large Greek. They didn't even let me know they didn't have kalmata olives and substituted black olives without asking.

Check out Happy Pizza on south Cedar at Miller.Pizza and bread are top notch! The staff is super friendly and helpful! Great bunch of guys.

I'd give it none star as a former employee if you get hurt on the job they won't except that you got hurt they will denine it . The night supervisor is always booed up during work hours with his girlfriend the placed is never cleaned till moring closer are nasty they don't ware glove they food will give u food poison

Took over an hour and a half to get here and all my stuff is cold as ice. Imagine that. I could've drove all the way to detroit and ate a good pizza by the time they delivered this poor excuse of a pie. Reminds me of a pizza you'd get from a bad gas station. Never will order from here again

This pizza joint is the closest thing to worthless you will encounter. I used to stop by when traveling from my job in Grand Rapids to our location in Detroit for lunch. The staff and General Manager are incredibly rude and disrespectful of their customers. Pizza is always cold and soggy. Do yourself a favor and visit one of the other pizza shops located on Cedar Street. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.
