The chicken was soak in the sauce, it had more breading then chicken. But the chilli cheese fries was good.
I'm a truck driver parked at the miejer distribution center and I'm 5 Miles away so the man told me I would have to order $100 worth of food for the couple of extra miles..he's crazy..
(6/13/2022 order at Saginaw location)I ordered one pound of rib tips and half pound of wing dings which was $20 plus 6 dollars delivery charge. I received instead some salty hard chicken tenders instead and the manager told me she repeatedly said they were boneless wings multiple times when I never heard her say that. She never read back to me my order I made either towards the end of the call. I made sure to let her know what my order was before telling her I didn’t want the two 20oz cokes. She began to argue with me saying she said boneles wings when I assured her if she did say that I wouldn’t have ordered them. Instead of showing some professional exemplary customer service that should have been expected in my circumstance, she said it would be $3 up charge for the wing dings when that is not what I was told.I don’t recommend anyone to order here the manager and delivery driver is money hungry I believe to be and clearly wasn’t trained properly on the motto of customer satisfaction. The rude delivery driver arrived after hanging up in my face when I was telling him that he can deliver my food to my door he wanted to be lazy and not deliver at my front door smh when he did come to my door, I saw that my brown bag was mishandled by him and when I opened it my food was placed in bag side ways to the point that the bbq sauce was leaking out smh. Very unhappy customer smh-the [email protected] is a bogus email also! FYI

So you would think that if you paid ONLINE that the delivery man wouldn’t try to leave with your food. Already paid for. I had to stop the delivery man from pulling off after he banged on my door for some odd minutes. Covid is still a thing and I don’t wanna be in contact with random people.
A diverse and expanding menu along with the Pizza and very helpful counter staff.Also very happy that it was open Sunday morning.We will be back.
Great food..and if they see you looking at the beer selection...the front guy knows about it all!!
