This gem popped up in my Google search of great places to eat, and I’m so glad it did! Excellence all around! Delicious and Ample portions—I had the catfish nuggets (15!) with fries and the best toast I’ve ever had! Hubs had “George’s Famous Wings”, and they did not disappoint! Our server was super friendly and provided great service. The place is spacious and has a cool, laidback atmosphere with a stage for live music. There is a full bar and lots of historical memorabilia on the walls. Very clean! Plenary of parking with easy access. Will definitely visit again if we’re ever in the area.
Pregnant and craving fried chicken lol, after vetting about 15 other potential restaurants l am 100% sure this was the only place that could satiate me. Light and crispy breading on hot, juicy chicken.Our food was seasoned well, not dry, and we got good portion sizes for our entrees. Kind workers and nice vibes, definitely my new fave chicken spot around lansing
The food was good but I ended up getting sick later. My boyfriend wanted me to go to the hospital. I don't know what in particular made me sick. However the staff were nice and the place seems popular. Unfortunately my boyfriend doesn't want to eat from here again. He fears I may get sick again. Sorry
Today was my very first time ever eating at Gregory's, everything was absolutely perfect and delicious. Well be returning back to dine in again, very soon. Thanks once again, for you're awesome service
Reviews on this place are all over the place.My hubs and I went there for our 20th anniversary dinner.It's a challenge to find a full fried chicken dinner in Lansing, I digress.The man that took our order was a sweetie!Our food arrived hot, fresh and delicious!Everyone was friendly, cordial and accommodating.Plated you'll see the chicken wing and fish dinner with green beans, black eyed peas and cornbread muffin.Hoping to make this a regular on Fridays!DELICIOUS FOOD!
Went out for dinner and meet up with friends, ordered the famous wings for me and catfish dinner for wife, everything was seasoned and prepared just right, highly recommended!
Grease was VERY OLD, chicken was disgusting , if that’s the case I could’ve went in my backyard and cut a head off one of my chickens and cooked it !!! Dressing WAS VERY DRY!! Customer service was horrible , they argued with me when I ordered double. Overall the food was not giving -5/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BECAUSE ITS SOUL FOOD AND IT DIDN’T TOUCH MY SOUL AT ALL
I can’t believe I’ve never heard of this place before! The wings are the best I’ve had in Lansing and the sides (I got greens and mac & cheese) were excellent. This is definitely going to be my new go-to.

My mom and I were visiting form out of state, and this place was recommended. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. I was able to meet Mr. Gregory, very nice and down to earth man. This is a must try! The dressing was just okay, ?, but the fried wings were out of this world delicious. The chicken and waffles was also very good.
