Already a fan of Fiesta Chars, but this was the first visit to this location. Food and service were both great. I'm a bit picky with how I like my fajitas cooked and served and the server got everything right on the first try! They were perfect and the server was very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely look forward to another visit when we're in the area.
Good service and solid food. Always do carry out, but I can say the bar area looks inviting. Always have several employees ask me if they can help. Had some items left out of my order once and got a call from them to come back before I got halfway home.
I rarely give 5 stars.Food was phenomenal.I had carnitas tacos, my wife had nachos el carbon.Flavor on everything was outstanding.Cannot recommend enough.
We had a bigger party (grama came into town) and there was no issues with finding enough tables to sit everyone at. The customer service was good and the food was good too. The server did a good job.
No notes. Food was delicious and quick. Drinks were perfect. Service was attentive and friendly. Thanks for the great time!
The place is beautiful and decorated nice. It feels like you’re in a Pueblo en Mexico. The staff is friendly. The food was delicious and they give you big portions. You can even share a plate if you don’t eat too much.
Great variety of meals to choose from on the menu. This location in particular has been my favorite as they always have accommodated special requests I make for my picky children. I really love the Birria Tacos, Quesabirria Tacos and the Charro Taco Salad. My husband swears by the Fajita Combo with steak and chicken !
I’m not typically a person to leave a bad review & I hate to do it to a local business, but I just gotta say this last experience was poor. I usually go to the Fiesta Charra on Park Lake, and it’s allllways 10/10. For whatever reason, when I clicked on the Park Lake location to order take out, it sent me to the Lake Lansing one which was disappointing. THEN, on top of having to drive way further than I wanted to, I get home & open up my bag… and I’m 99% sure they didn’t give me all my food or just really skimped on what they made. I order the same thing every single time I come to Fiesta Charra. Like I said before, it’s always 10/10, but this was super disappointing. Normally, my plate is absolutely loaded. As you can see by the photo I attached, there’s barely anything in the to go box. I definitely won’t return to the Lake Lansing location, and this even makes me think twice about wanting to return to any location at all.Update: just took a bite of my food, and it was freezing cold. Definitely not returning.
