This place is delicious. Even when I got it through door dash I was happy and surprised at how fast it got to me and how hot it was. I've only had a few things on the menu but they are great. If you really like lasagna or Alfredo you can't go wrong. The side salads are also pretty good and I definitely recommend the Italian ices with the warmer weather.
I went through the drive thru with my roommate. They completely didn’t put the #12 on the order even though we specified #12 and they said ok. I had to go in because the drive thru line was busy when they handed us the food. I stood in the lobby area for 20 minutes. No one talked to me or helped me and finally they opened up a register for me. The manager or I assume that was her, was scolding the person at the counter for not greeting me or taking my order. I then wait an additional 10 minutes for my food. The response on this post advised to contact them by email which I have done twice now to make the situation right. They still haven’t responded to me. They don’t care if they make things right. They just care people see they’re trying with a bogus reply to my review… DISGUSTED. Beyond disappointed and I won’t be getting food from here again.
I had the loaded baked spaghetti, it was pretty decent but a lot of garlic that caused indigestion.The bread sticks have gone down hill f on the first time I ate, they we just soggy. Overall not bad for the money
Fazoli’s is always a great time! Spaghetti ? is always fantastic with meat sauce.
Grandkids love this place. The food is delivered fresh and is okay. I prefer more sauce on my pasta. The meals do not seem to warm up well so I would advise eating it there. The breadsticks are very good and they are unlimited.
Love this place! They have wings that are delicious as well! Don't get me started on chocolate chip cookies they sell. Need something fast that does taste like fast food definitely place you wanna try.
Honestly this place was amazing, so much better then Olive Garden. The sauces aren't really salty just full of amazing flavor, they have great gluten free options. I will definitely be come back soon.
Hands down...the kindest, nicest, most helpful group of employees in the fast food restaurant biz!! Good job guys! Every single one of you! The food was excellent too ?? We will absolutely be back!
I went to fazoli's a couple weeks ago, and I honestly haven't been in probably 20 years. Probably since there hasn't been a fazoli's on the west side of Lansing. It was a trip down memory lane, and it didn't feel outdated everything looked delicious restaurant was clean. The staff look clean and well-dressed and happy to serve. For a fast food Italian restaurant A+ guys. Highly recommend going to this place, make sure you get extra breadsticks.
