Went to Falsettas last night we live in Jackson Zand have been going there for years. We waited 15 min to be seatedand they were empty. The food was horrible veal parmesan was so tough you couldn't cut it. Garlic toast Was old. Mac & cheese was gummy.and the Prices have gone way up. Won't go there again
Great service and drinks!!! Our entrees weren't perfect unfortunately! Also the hostess body language screamed stuck up! Had the shrimp Alfredo and it was alright except I kept finding tiny pieces of broccoli in it and didn't order or want that in it; My mother ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo and the chicken was absolutely disgusting! Management removed it from the bill thankfully! All in all wanna give a HUGE shout out and thank you to our server Faith! She provided excellent service and was very professional and sweet!
I had the small antipasto salad and the olive burger. Both were excellent. The salad was very fresh and they have a very good, classic Italian dressing. The service was good until the end when it seemed to take a long time to get my check and a slice of cheesecake to go. My server was lovely. Incidentally, I think their pricing is very fair with the exception of the cheesecake. It was clearly not house made and a very small slice for $5.99. Otherwise, a great experience at a Lansing classic.
Dishes were dirty, husband had trash floating in his water. Server gave us our food and came back once to take a single dish away and was gone too fast for us to tell her we wanted to order more for our kids. I had to go up to the bar to ask to cash out but she said she couldn't cash us out only servers could. Food was pretty good though. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is the 3rd time. I usually really like it there so I am not sure why it's been like that these past few times.
Great tasting food at affordable pricing. Pizza is the best in Lansing. Casual dining, large menu, and everything we have tried has been very good. Been a favorite of ours for six or so years. Try it, you'll like it!
We truly enjoy dining at Falsetta's. The food is delicious, the portions are large enough to share or take home for lunch the next day., and the prices are very reasonable. The only down is that the regulars at the bar are at times very loud and the language can become foul, so parents beware. The service is about a 3 out of 5. They could be more friendly and more attentive.
I've been going here for several years. Might have a new chief for was good but tasted slightly different had issues like cheese sticks had no cheese and they were were very sloppy with how they presented for. Found a hair on edge of plate of my sons food. We have never had any problems in all the years we have been going there.
Ok So you don’t post bad reviews. I get that but tell me what are your reviews ? Something that is bad and you have addressed it or is it all good. A review is both good and bad thanks is given to those who have given a good review or if it is bad. It is acknowledged that the problem has been addressed and taken care of. Thankyou for not posting my review because I know now you have not taken cAre of it.
This feels like a small town pub. It's got that cozy feel. The food is good and the staff is friendly.I order take out frequently because it's right down the street from work.I'd give them 5 stars butthey have onion ring amnesia. Almost every time I pick up the onion rings are not in the bag. My husband's order is right but mine... and I'm a nice person so I don't understand why they want me to suffer from LoOR (lack of onion rings).I recommend Falsetta's Casa Nova for the food and friendly staff (even the other customers are friendly) but check your order!
When you have a craving for Italian, this is the place. Falsetta family has been a community pillar for decades. They serve real food, prepared fresh, and presented hot. Service is great, and I always take home.
