Very friendly service. The best falafel fatoosh I've had in a decade. Very fresh. Sauces and dressings that I tried were very tasty! I will definitely go back. I want to try each item from the menu. Yummy!
Came here for the first time and it’s absolutely amazing. The service is amazing and the quality of the food is outstanding. Fresh and delicious, definitely would recommend to those who enjoy authentic food.
We LOVE Falafel Time! Everything we have tried is fantastic! The spices in the rice are magical they taste so good. I couldn't put my fork down. Falafel is so fresh and perfectly cooked. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.
This is a must try. Second time here and the food is excellent and filling. The owners are extra friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Ask for the "special salad" as pictured with grilled chicken.
I can’t check in they must not be on Facebook’s radar yet. But I went to Falafel Time on South Penn thanks to the recommendations of many many of you! there was a man and woman managing the store I assume they are co-owners they seem to be a great cohesive team. I had mentioned that I had seen good reviews here on the Lansing Foodies page and they were so grateful that I had come in. I ordered a chicken Shawarma platter and the gentleman filling my order was the most gracious ever! Asked me about my salad if I wanted something in particular or if I just trusted him to create something delicious for me. I have course said please create away! The salad is amazing I am grateful that I had the foresight to ask how to order it again should I go in in the future and he is not there. He said it will be on the menu soon and he would just called of chef salad. Amazing! They asked me if I like falafel even though I had ordered Shawarma and they gave me a sample of their fresh hot falafel! It was amazing! And on my way out the store he stopped me to offer me a complementary piece of baklava! So kind! Such great customer service! Amazing People! I will definitely be back!!!
The food came out fresh, and hot. The chicken shawarma and kabob was delicious, prices were very fair, and to be honest the falafel was better then any other restaurant in town I’ve tried, I highly recommend.
Lansing has been needing a place like this for a while! The food is hot, fresh, and tastes amazing. Just like the former Subway that Falafel Time resides it, you can have it your way. Their platters, wraps, and subs are very customizable and are made right in front of you. If you don’t know what veggies to pick for your side salad, ask the owner to make it the way he would for himself. Two words. Pomegranate. Molasses. Also, do NOT skip on the falafel, because they are called Falafel Time for a reason! Tender and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. You’ll regret skipping them. Don’t forget to ask for a side of garlic sauce too. I guarantee that I will be a regular here and I have a feeling that this hidden gem won’t stay hidden for long.
This place is amazing! The owner is so kind and the food is incredible! Great prices too! Dinner for all 5 of us hungry 20 somethings on a rainy Friday. Something for everyone! Will be back!! Pictured is the beef shawarma bowl!

The food was incredible (by far the best of its kind that I have had in Lansing), the owners were gregarious, helpful, and generous, the helpings were large, and every five minutes they would offer you a free sample of something delicious that they were clearly very proud to have made.This was an INCREDIBLE experience and a restaurant everyone in Lansing should try. Great food, fair prices, huge helpings, and friendly and proud owners. You could not make a better choice.
