I always make sure I order here long before I get hungry because they have long wait times and pretty poor customer service, but honestly, I don't really care.Their food is so so so good. The catfish nuggets are so good, the crab cakes are amazing, the wings are amazing. They always have a ton of awesome desserts too.
Saw this spot on Dinners Drive-In and Dives, so tried the lunch special of Fry Smelt Fish and fries, the fish was good but the fries were hard.
Food is good. Seems too busy to maintain polite service though. When I called to ask for sauce to go with my meal I was rudely placed on hold. When I called back and mentioned that the polite way to place someone on hold is to say, "Thank you for calling, CAN YOU PLEASE HOLD?" I always say yes and wait very patiently. I've had jobs where the phone rings off the hook, so I understand the intensity. The woman I spoke to seemed to shrug it off, stating that they're too busy to answer phones politely. She assured me that I would get sauce and I thanked her. Guess what? You guessed it. No sauce. I tend to believe this was retaliation for my comment, and if they're that juvenile of employees, that's fine. My class are good without sauce too. I'm here for work often and usually order Uber Eats, but I won't order from them again. Fortunately, since they are too busy to be polite, I'm sure they won't miss my business. ?♂️
Flavor is out of this world. One of my favorite spots to grab food for a big group! Crack seasoning is incredible and I love the variety of meat offered. The only thing that sucks is sometimes it takes forever, but as its a popular place that is to be expected.
We just ordered 3 chicken breast sandwiches with fries, 1/2 lb fried clam with fries, and 5 chicken wings with fries. Unfortunately I was not impressed the chicken breast sandwiches were very dry and salty, the clams are extremely salty, fries were salty. Don’t recommend anyone with blood pressure issues to eat here. The chicken wings were good and the customer service was also good.
Got the 3 piece chicken tenders dinner and there was enough food for two meals. The tenders were huge and juicy with a nice, crisp breading and great seasoning and came with a huge portion of fries and a dinner roll. I also got a side of coke slaw and it was nice and crunch with just the right amount of dressing.

This is what they call large wings. 13 dollars for 8 baby wings. 13 more dollars for 2 pieces of extra salty catfish fillets and soggy fries. Guy fieri taste bud's can't be trusted. 1/10, I don't recommend.
They have decent food! It used to be worth the money until they went up! Just spent $65 on two chicken tender meals, mixed chicken and a catfish fillet sandwich and everything was FRESH ! the staff was nice! My only reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is they REALLY need to choose different packaging, my fries are always soggy and they also need to season the food before they fry it if they are not going to use much seasoning. Maybe use Louisiana fish fry or something on the fish, idk just a suggestion. There’s not much competition around here so it’s hard to really compete when everyone cooks there chicken the same.
Buyer beware!!! We ordered 100 wings, (paid over $100) and we only received 65. I called to let them know and they said oh well. They refused to give me credit to come back another day to get the remaining wings. Do not buy from here. Terrible customer service!! They are Crooks!!! They take your money and don't give you your entire order! Also, the wings were not good, they had absolutely no seasoning on them.
