Absolutely awful service any day of the week. I have never had a good experience at this location. It takes over 15 min to get a sandwich and when you order one they all get annoyed. Not to mention the coffee is NEVER the same taste day by day. The worst "staff" I travel alot and like to have dunkin this is by far the worst location i have ever been to. I recommend going to any other dunkin. I only gave a 1 star because 0 was not an option
There is an older woman (late 40s-50s) that works there with pink hair. I ordered two chocolate glazed donuts. Get back to my office, check the bag, only to see two solid chocolate donuts. I drive all the way back and pull up to the intercom. Explained what happened in brevity and get asked to pull forward. I was then greeted by this living troll lady. She takes the bag, opens it, and says, "these are chocolate glazed donuts". The donuts you're asking for are called "chocolate frosted"...O-M-G. My bad! Since when did customer service become non-existent? Instead, I received a donut menu lesson from a middle school graduate. Someone that literally makes one tenth my salary. As she walked away to get the other donuts, I said, "You know what, how about you just give me a refund and your manager." There were two other ladies standing at the window that were apologizing on her behalf, trying to diffuse the situation. I got the vibe that she is the manager. Anyway, pink troll kept ignoring my request for a manager. Never will I EVER, come back to this location. Also, don't bother calling their phone number. The line is disconnected. Judging by all the other reviews, I gotta say that this place is heavily mismanaged and I almost feel bad for new hires and the good staff that works there. If the troll is in fact a manager..every patron that enters this Dunkin is screwed. So, if you want to get yelled at or schooled in donut anatomy, stop on by your local Saginaw Highway Dunkin.
I just left the drive thru with breakfast for my daughter before she starts work and I ate one of her hashbrowns. Just in case you didn't know, cold hashbrowns are gross. I mean actually cold like they were sitting on the counter for 10 minutes.I don't have time to go back for some that are actually cooked.A couple were almost warm so I'm pretty confused.
Went through the drive through at about 9:00am. Not busy at all, waited in drive thru to order 5 minutes. Got to the window to pick up my order, only to be asked rudely what I wanted. I said excuse me... proceed to get questioned as to what I ordered because there is nothing. Then it took ALL 3 of the workers to figure it out. Once I got my order the little girl eho had been nothing but rude did not even apologize for the wait or mix up. Basically shoved coffee at me and slammed the window. Nice service.
Burnt bagel. Why even serve this and not remake it? Waited almost 10 minutes in the drive through for this.
Slow service, drive though empty, only customer inside. The 2 high school girls just wanna chat with each other. Half the time equipment is broken like today no iced latte can be made. This store should just close and stop wasting customers time. On my way to Starbucks!!
Visited 12/30/21Stopped in for a couple cups of coffee, hot cocoa and donut holes.1. Donut holes were dry or days old2. The hot cocoa tasted like Nestlé‘s power mix.3. The Christmas blend coffee wasn’t ready had to wait 10 mins4. And the attendant appeared to be on something. She was not understanding simple questions.It was a gas station so level of service was delivered as expected.
Went inside to order, waited 5 min. The people ahead of me left. So I asked the worker that was there if I can order and I was told to get in my car and go through the drive through. This is the 2nd issue with DD. First issued at another location was told they don’t accept cash.So we got in our car and went to another coffee shop that accept cash and waits On walk in customers.
I am a loyal 'Dunkin' customer every morning. This was my "go to" location, however they have very inconsistent prices. One day you'll be paying $6.13 or maybe $6.34 or $6.66. I get the exact same drink every morning and these are the 3 different totals ive been given. Not to mention they're almost ALWAYS out of inventory! Definitely recommend going to the Okemos laction before this one!
