Donuts were like day old. Was there in the morning and they were not good. Service would of been better if I had been in drive thru. I walked in and was practically ignored. I will not go back.

Order the same thing every time and they still mess it up. Large signature lattes only half filled, and barely even with coffee. Was told they don't keep receipts at the drive-thru window, so always being asked what else was on my order, and they always skip over app orders.

Have been literally in the drive thru for an hour now with no way to leave. There is no sense of urgency from staff whatsoever. Have been to this location 3x and each time they outdo themselves with bad customer service. Please hire better management and staff, just start all over

These employees need help! I ordered through the app and selected walk in. The doors were locked. I was let in by a customer leaving. The girl behind the counter told me the lobby was closed. I told her I ordered online, was picking up my drinks and she told me the lobby was closed. All of the employees were clearly stressed out. The lobby was locked and they had at least 20 cars in drive thru. Owner! They need help!! You need to be at your stores helping when your employees are overwhelmed! YOU need to be there!! They can’t hire more people, you do!! Your franchise will go out because you don’t care about your employees.

Not Good. Usually understaffed and missing several popular menu items. They will often give you food that tastes uncooked or cold. The staff always seem miserable and are not particularly helpful. Poor environment overall which is a shame as the food is pretty good when prepared correctly.

We waited over 45 minutes in line, and then we we got to the order window, no cars were ahead of us, and it took them another15 minutes to take our order. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Staff was rude, my kids even said thank you and the girl completely ignored them trying to be polite.

Workers are completely incompetent, as if they haven't been fully trained to work there. There's not a single drink they won't mess up, and they help one car at a time in the drive thru line. It's the worst Dunkin ever.

Awful. Just awful. Omelette bites were soggy but burned and tasted bad. Didn't send an entire sandwich and the one they sent tasted like they'd just bleached their cutting board and hadn't wiped it away or dried it properly after. This is unsafe as some of us are allergic to a lot of cleaning chemicals especially bleach. The hot coffee was made right but badly. The iced coffee was literally flavored milk. They didn't put any coffee in it whatsoever. Hands down worst experience I've had in a Dunkin let alone most places.

I wish I could rate them at a zero or below. Had a horrible experience. Went inside to get a free coffee for free coffee Wednesdays. There were four employees present, two of them sharing a doughnut, and continued to eat in front of me. Eventually someone came to take my order, and the free coffee coupon didn't work and he just starred at me. Then offered to make it free. It was a terrible coffee, the two of them that were eating made coffee afterword and helped customers without washing their hands. The employee making food scratched his back with his glove on and continued to make food. And they forgot my friend's food completely. Extremely unprofessional and gross!

We get there at about 930 and we're told all food is frozen so it would take forever to cook so we're encouraged to get a bagel. Then we ordered our drinks and waited for prob 10mins to be told there is no expresso, they can't make our drinks. ?? got a refund for drinks and left without the bagel. If you don't have the stuff to open and serve people then don't flip that open sign. Staff were rude!!
