my friend ordered a small pizza with no sauce cause he can't eat sauce but when it came it was a medium with sauce on it when called and complained and the store manager Hung up on me so he called and he hung up on him my friend was upset so I called again the manager told me it will be made right this time it was and wasn't we will not order from these ppl Again
Served rotting food and customer service is non existent or at least not taken seriously this place is a violation of health food safety order from somewhere else
The workers are so kind and very friendly. Never have had one problem with this Dominos!
I placed an order at 12:45 a.m., after the Waverly Rd. location could not fill my order (see my post for that "restaurant,") The worker took my order, gave me a number #2420? and said the pizza should be to my door in 30 minutes. The pizza never arrived.
I have nothing bad to say about this place. Every. Single. Time. It is made to perfection and delicious. The staff is super nice and I know this sounds like a paid review or something lol, it’s not, but I just think people should be recognized when they are awesome. Keep it up dominos!!! We will keep coming back :)
How does this even make it out the store? Customer service was terrible because they swear they would never. Welp here’s your proof.
I eat pizza most of the time. I order from Dominos and this location specifically often. The food quality has been inconsistent and that has been very disappointing. Downtown Lansing businesses need support. It would be much easier for me to do so here if action was taken after reading my post. Thanks.
I DO NOT like their call center they took my order after a half an hour then took my card number and as they were giving me my order number they hung up on me and i called and connected to the store and there was no order under my phone number and it was a large order and i wasnt repeating the whole thing ......hungry howies was rude so no order from them ill get my food from happys pizza from now on thanks for the bad experience i used to like dominos smh and it doesnt help that i called a different time and dominos hung up on me 3 times .....never again
The cashier had a very snotty ugly attitude. That she should not have or bring to work. All because U gotta make free food from a messed up order. Not our fault. And the terrible customer service didn't help.??
The service is outstanding: Friendly, efficient, professional. The product seems to suffer from a cheap a** franchise owner. Not enough toppings, occasionally undercooked crust which can only be the result of pushing employees to get the pies in and out of the oven too quickly, and the amount of meat on the Philly cheese steak is shockingly thin. The first time it happened, I thought maybe I had somehow forgotten to tip, which would've been a first. But I tip 25% or more everytime unless there's an attitude problem, and the sandwich is prepared the same way everytime. Would've been a one star review if not for the awesome workers.
