Someone stole my information and placed a large order here. I live in Wyoming. I was on hold for over an hour with them before anyone even spoke to me. I had to call the bank to cancel my card and dispute the charge. I am absolutely furious that they would "answer'' the phone stating, "Thank you for calling Domino's. Can you please hold?" and before they even finish saying the last word, they already had me on hold.I would expect to be helped quickly, but especially in a situation like this. I cannot overstate how upset I am. I am STILL on hold. I cannot believe how horribly this situation is being handled. I have never ordered from this store, and I never will (I obviously do not live in the area), but I will be escalating this to corporate.
Great store for pie cut pizzas, 100% fail rate on following order tickets. Pie cuts that are cooked till just crispy ? ? ?They do have mark downs for the special instructions. They also have clean cooking practices so highly rated up till packaging! But not reading order tickets ?
We have used this Dominos for countless deliveries over the years! Definitely the go to for pizza delivery, I like the different options. Every once in a while the desserts are a little burnt because the pans need to be clean, and they never have salads.Everything else definitely meets expectations :)

Ordered 2 pizzas, a sub & 2 pops. 2 hours later, 22 minutes of that on hold, my husband calls with his phone & gets through. At this point we cancel the whole order. Not even a discount or free offer to keep customer satisfaction. Ordered Little Ceasars & it arrived in about 25 minutes. Really disappointing. Lost us :(
This location always has quick delivery and quality food.
Great staff great pizza
I am in disbelief of the manager, Mike they have on duty 10/13/21 at 10 PM. Employee David is not any better. Sent me the wrong order twice! Then says they cannot do anymore. I just wanted my money back at that point and David asked if I wanted store credit or refund. I said refund. Then comes back and says the manager cannot give a refund! After asking repeatedly to speak to manager, Mike comes on and is very rude, immature, and not professional at all. Says nothing he can do he replaced the parm knots but couldn’t replace the hot cheese sauce that is new on the menu. He hung up on me when I asked for his name. Called back and he answered all immature with the staff in the background laughing, mind you Mike is suppose to be a manager. I had to call back 5 times before he finally gave me his name and told me to Call Sam on 10/14. I honestly am not ordering from this location or Dominos again: they can see my history (weekly ordering) for the family. Not a single time more. I will update when I speak with Sam.
If you love pizza you must eat here, I love the pizza sauce.
