After waiting 25 mins for wings that “they accidentally gave out” that I called in and waited 25 mins to pick up they remake the wings for theyre mistakes and had me waiting another 30 mins just to cook them and had my chicken sitting for about 10 of those minutes. they’re communicating is horrible. For all that waiting they gave me a SMALL free drink and wings with hotsauce on 5 out of 16?. And spent $16.50 on my wings so yes I’m upset
Good quality dominos. They don't usually burn the bottoms of their pizzas like other dominos in the area. They also do a good job with 'extra cheese's rather than skimping on it.

Ordered food with a projected time of 25 minutes for delivery, over an hour and a half went by, and never showed up. I spent 17 minutes on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone to cancel my EXTREMELY late order.
This is the pile of pizza I received when I ordered my lunch for the office. This has been a common theme with this store and while they were willing to resolve the situation I can’t justify using their service after repeated incidents. Disappointed.
Ordered a pizza and dip by calling 999-5050. Waverly Rd). I was given confirmation #2876. Husband stopped to pick up order - no order, They had just burnt pizza a dip and dropped pizza on the floor. Lady at 999-5050 yelled at me that I did not call there. I asked what other store could it be - she responded don’t know. I told her my phone states otherwise as does google. She claimed no such confirmation #. Worst customer service ever. Better to own mistake and tell the truth vs lie that the order does not exist at your store.

This location often messes up orders and doesn't correct them. We asked for extra barbecue sauce on one of our pizzas and there was hardly any at all, this is not the first time this has happened. They were generous with the toppings I just wish they would follow instructions, I asked for extra barbecue sauce to avoid this problem because I've noticed when you say you want the normal amount they don't use enough at times. The Cedar location is a lot more reliable. The only reason I chose this location was because they had half the wait time of the Cedar location last night. Not to mention the team member who brought my order to my car wasn't friendly.
Hands down this is the best Domino's. The staff are awesome. Little on the gruff side but good fast an correct pizzas is what you can expect.
