I usually order from them 2 to 3 times a week. Lately the food especially chicken wings half cooked pizza not cut or missing items from order. I am also a restaurant manager and being rude uncaring or offering a credit does not solve the issue always. I never have a problem with the manager during the day its night crew. We are all short staffed but the way you treat us customers has got to get better. Thinking of taking my business to another pizza store completely. Oh an ps: my orders are always $80 or up due to large family.....

rudest place in the world, they put you one hold and keep picking up phoned and slamming it down. NO fixing wrong orders, of satisfaction from corporate,. What good is one$5.99 pizza when they screwed up your whole order, twice, and you had to throw a $9 pizza away because they made it wrong, not once but twice and put highly allergic items on the pizza.. Whole company is a joke, run away, not worth the aggravation.
I lived in the south side and dominos was delicious. I moved to the west side of town and we get delivery from the Washington Street one now and it's gross. Ugh. Thanks for making me think all the stores would be that yummy.
Great pizza the chicken alfredo pizza it was fantastic only issue is people that drive up order pizza sit there for 20 minutes while the pizza is being made while the rest of us ordered earlier dominoes should have those people pull ahead only complaint.
It took me more than 20 minutes to speak to someone to order a pizza. I don't think the person understood the English language. I repeated my order to the person probably 10 times. I thought I was being pranked !I will not call Domino's pizza to order a pizza again and take the chance of going through that again
It seems that everytime I order a thin crust Spinach and Feta pizza I get pan pizza. Even the website states that this should be thin crust.
Do not recommend till they can either fix phones or get faster. After waiting an hour we called on an online order only to never get answered. I had to physically drive there to cancel my order. The staff seemed nice but this was too much.
They were not too bad until it started taking over 2 hours to get food, by the time you get it, it is cold and soggy. I will likely not order from here again, shame, as it used to be my go to delivery place. I ordered this Sandwich around 8pm, and at this rate, I might get it before I have to go to bed. I get being busy and understaffed, but this is just unprofessional.Can't even get anyone on the phone to cancel the order. Seriously... I already made myself something else. I guess I will wait for it to arrive to throw it away.
Jami is the BEST here! She leads by example and this whole crew makes it happen one way or another! This domino's is my favorite!!! Love u guys! Keep up the awesome customer service!
