This is the first time I've ever been to any Culver's and my order was made incorrectly. Everything was correct on the receipt, however the food was not good. We dined inside and when the food was delivered to our table, two side items were missing and the sandwich was made incorrectly. We had the sandwich remade and it still was wrong. The onion rings were burnt and the other entree was cold. I don't know if this location has newer employees and are still training, but we will never return to this location. $35 for two only to receive incorrect and lousy meals is just not worth it.
My family loves Culver's. But, this time our food had no flavor. No seasoning on the burgers everything had a bland taste.Maybe it was a new cook in training.

Lovely workers, even great patrons. Food was hot and tasted good. Got a few chicken sandwiches and fries.Milkshake, I do love a good chocolate milk shake, this was good how ever it is not very thick. (I do occasionally love me a thicc shake)
We ate dinner there last Tuesday andAaliyah M was wonderful when taking our order! She was very nice and had a great attitude! I would give a million stars just for her excellent costumer service!! We will definitely eat there again!!!!
Was good. Got our food in a timely manner. Sourdough melt was always good. Kids chicken nuggets were in dinosaur shapes.
I am the victim of a running joke for 25 years nobody can seem to get an order correct for me with the exception of Chick-fil-A restaurants and I will absolutely put Culver's on this list now. The gal Caroline that works the window very often is kind and very efficient answers questions effectively.I'm kind of new to the Culver's game so it's great that they know the menu. Best spicy chicken in the business I might add.
Please fix your drive-in issue. The new drive-in lane is terrific but no one is using it. I have had to leave multiple times due to being in the drive-in lane and no one from the parking lot line allowing me in. I will not park and come in because I always get blocked in by the people waiting for the drive-in who are not in the proper line.
Went to drive thru and ordered fish sandwich. They came out and told me they didn't like the quality and was dropping new fish. Then gave me coupon for free basket for waiting for fresh fish.... Can't beat that A+ in my book anyday
Food was very consistent same quality. I could note attention to wrappers my sandwich was half out of wrapper when pulled from the bag. Still hot Juice just could have become a mess had I not devoured in the parking lot.
