Visiting Lansing saw both the commercials and billboards and decided to make an effort to stop in. Glad we did!!Went with dine in service after a movie nearby. Easy ordering and plenty of options for the burgers.I went with a single, medium combo meal. Similar to a In-n-Out single so if you need more meat go with the double. Cheddar cheese was nice and firm, lettuce was crispy, tomatoes were nice and a cup of pickles on the side. Heard another customer say “onion rings” so I ordered those as well. Everything was quickly delivered to the table and tasted great. The bun makes the burger — light but firm. The bread complemented the other ingredients. I get the pickles on the side. The 8-10 slices of are perfect for a meal or sharing but more than I need directly on the burger. Best of both worlds. The DR PEPPER soda was nice and crisp. Machine made a good mix!Finished off the meal with a frozen vanilla custard with salted caramel and Heath Bar bits. Mmmmm
Unreal. I was getting my fix from doll'n burgers and then I had another culvers burger. I ended up going to culvers 3 days in a row and bringing friends. I had forgotten how great they are. Great!5.3.22 back again and again this time I received EXCEPTIONAL service from an employee name Josiah!!! Great guy!!!
I get that there’s a labor shortage but it shouldn’t be that hard to read an order and make it correctly. They messed up both burgers we ordered. These employees are either braindead or don’t get paid enough to make orders accurate or both
I love Culver's not only is the food delicious but yesterday when I was there the entertainment factor from the employees was exceptionally high so I got a meal and a show all at the same time and they're extremely friendly and likeable there

Food was great. Service was fast and professional. Staff was friendly and courteous. It is nice that they offer a senior discount. Will eat there again.
Every time I go to this location they are very slow. Also, they have given me the wrong food several times I have gone. Granted they place me in their book to replace my meal even though they want me to drive back right away to get what is owed to me. Well, that’s not easy when you're on lunch break for work. How hard is it to tell the difference between chicken and roast beef? I would not recommend going to this location. It’s going downhill and has been since October 2021.
This location is so slow that I could be waiting for 20 mins to get my food after I pay. Also they have given me the wrong food on multiple trips. A couple times they didn’t even give me a bun for my sandwich that was ordered. I will never eat here again.
Friendly service, big menu with lots to choose from. I had the Reuben sandwich, broccoli & cheese soup and strawberry mixer, very tasty.
We usually love this Culver's location but worst experience ever this last time. 1 other car in line, we ordered 5 meals; they listed back correctly but only received 1 correct meal..☹ I hate giving bad reviews but it's usually something that can be fixed going back through the drive thru...my patience have worn out.
