I had a simple no frills hamburger. It was good and not expensive. Table server was excellent and I really enjoyed my dinner with friends. I think my friends were satisfied too. This was out first time at this Cracker. Would stop again.
Food was cooked ‘like Momma used to make’…. which is perfect! The chicken wasn’t raw, the pork chop was juicy. I’m not such a fan of greasy fast food and this was a very welcomed change of that pace. Great food, (well prepared!) reasonable price and actually tip-able staff! That is another thing I miss when having fast food: good service!I will be back.
Whenever you walk into Cracker Barrel, it feels like coming home. The mood here is always so positive. We came late, near to closing time at this location. No matter, everyone was just as accommodating and had just as many smiles and welcomed for us. Tonya, our waitress, was especially wonderful and positive and made us feel welcome and checked in on us. We always enjoy this restaurant chain and we’ll always be back.
This is how my food which I just ordered from delivery with Uber eats came. No sugar jam, hardly any eggs, and hardly any hashbrown casserole. Highly disappointed that someone looked at this, said “that looks good” and sent it out. I even paid extra for them to add cheese to my scrambled eggs. This is exactly how the meal came. Whoever packaged this should really rethink their quality control. I will not order from them again.
Our waitress was new 2nd day on the job, it seemed her manager would rather step back and watch this new girl our waitress struggle then shake her head at her if she had a question. I left her a nice tip. She was a sweetheart trying to accommodate everyone. But her boss with the dyed red hair, she may need a different position!
We weren't greeted by the hostess we were standing right next to for quite a few moments. The restaurant was already full around 9am. Our waitress was nice and friendly. There was a fairly long wait to get our food. People who were sat and their order taken after us got their food before us. The food had great flavor but was completely cold. The pancakes, hashbrown casserole, all the breakfast meats. My husband's toast was barely warmed bread, no crisp or crunch to it. The coffee was hot and plentiful. The country store is always fun to look at.
I ate here yesterday and it took a hour to get my food when I got it it was freezing cold meatloaf so I sent it back and ordered cat fish raw in the middle sent it back go a steak rare that was sent out well don’t when I talked to the manger I think her name was Brenda she said you people always want something for free. Wouldn’t recommend eating here to a dog
Horrible used to work there mangers sell cold meat loaf. They put cold meat loaf on the hot line and sell it to people at 70 degrees they put cold corn on the line and sell it to people they leave meat out all day it’s actually disgusting. They let all the food in the freezer that before they even called someone to fix it and kept it all and sold it. The general manger had said some of the most racist things I’ve ever heard. They don’t pay good. They pay new people one dollar less then they pay 20 year staff.they only give white people raises. The staff that’s been there for 20 years is racist and the management doesn’t do anything but make it worse. I told my boss I was hot and she said usually black people like hot weather. Or I chug a Red Bull with my friend and she says bet u never chugged Against a white boy. If you eat here you will wait 30 minutes for your food and it will be burnt or raw. I’ve seen the mangers sell the worse food I’ve ever seen. And the general manger is sleeping with one of the cooks who has a brain disorder. The general manger constantly steals tips from servers.
Service here is awful. On my last visit I ordered the home style chicken but with no maple glaze, they put the maple glaze on anyways. The waitress just shrugged her shoulders and said they shouldn’t have done that. Then she left. The rest of the meal was spent with employees glaring at me bc I didn’t want to eat the food their kitchen staff messed up and it had to be remade, which they still messed up again the second time. I know they don’t care but I’ll never return to this location or any other Cracker Barrel again. Teach your wait staff some customer service skills
From start to finish our visit to this location of Cracker Barrel was amazing. The greeter was pleasant and seated us quickly. Our waitress, Courtney B, was attentive, efficient, and super friendly. The food was fresh, hot and well cooked. We enjoyed our dinner so much we returned a few days later and brought the rest of the family.
