I did not have a very good experience at this location. I made an online order around 6:25pm, and the website said it would be ready at 7:04. Got there to pick up at 7:21 and the order still wasn't ready. Had to wait in store until 7:45! We got the order and there were a bunch of added toppings we did not want at all. We ordered a simple pepperoni, sausage, and onion pizza. We got green peppers and mushrooms on top of that. We decided to deal with it since we already waited over an hour to get one pizza and some cheese sticks. Do not recommend this location!

I ordered the 10" BBQ chicken pizza which has bacon pieces on it and a rootbeer. The pizza has a good taste although the crust was a little undone and salty. Not bad!!

Tried it once and dropped the Domino's menu. Their (cottage inn) small gluton free pizza is so much better than domino's. Won't go back!!

I work downtown Lansing MI. It used to be Cottage Inn was pretty good but lately - it's horrible. I placed my order at 11:38 AM to be able to eat lunch between 12-12:30 PM. At 12:28 PM I called to find out where my food was. It wasn't ready - I spoke to the manager Chris and he said the computer just caught up and it would be another 20 minutes for delivery. Not a good way to do business - that's horrible. The last time we order from there - my co-worker's pizza was wrong. first time shame on you, second time shame on me - third time, nope - won't be one.

They won't deliver to my house!! I am only 2 miles from them. They say drivers had problems years ago. I think it's ridiculous! food can be good or bad depending on what time you order

Very good pizza and cheese bread. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. The marinara sauce is really good. Recommended!

Fast, friendly service. Prices were great. Late night hours. Food was amazing! Delivery was super fast.

My roommate and friend works here, so I've had the chance to try a good portion of their menu options, and I've enjoyed all of them fairly well so far. I'd never heard of a Cottage Inn before I moved to Lansing a couple months ago, but according to my personal experience, they seem to be at least on a level with most better-known pizza chains, if not slightly superior. And I think the mere presence on their menu of what is, essentially, the mutant offspring of a pizza, a cheesecake and an apple pie gives them at least a slight advantage over basically any other chain pizza place.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas and an order of inn sticks they were even repeated back to me before the order was finalized but apparently was never rang up for them or charged for them... Use to order here regularly will definitely be going elsewhere. Even tipped the driver $15 for a 2 mile delivery...

I went to the Washington Square location tonight; the food was great & the staff was even better. The people I talked to seemed so genuine & very sweet, amazing service.
