We decided to celebrate our daughter's 3rd birthday at Chuck E. Cheese this year. We didn't have enough children to do the birthday package (only had 4 kids but needed 5 ?) so it was just unfortunate that we didn't get to experience Chuck E coming out to meet the birthday girl. It was definitely more expensive not being able to do the birthday package. Another complaint is that the "rides" do not give out points (virtual tickets). That is what most of the smaller children want to focus on so at the end of the visit they don't have many Points to spend to get prizes. Luckily a few of us adults were able to play some games and win some points for the children. The plus sides of this story is that it wasn't too crowded and all 4 of the children were able to have a lot of fun. I would say it's a better place to take older kids ages 6+ but if you do take younger ones just be clear with them that if they choose to only ride the rides there, they won't be able to pick prizes at the end.

I have hosted my daughters birthday twice here and always enjoyed the experience. Their new unlimited play idea is great. Due to the pandemic it had been a while that we had visited here. It’s always lovely to come here with kids all ages.
This Chuck E. Cheese is better than it was 15 years ago. The animatronics are all working. The dude in the suit was proud. The woman in charge seemed happy and was definitely patient in explaining the options for food and cake and beverages. AND most importantly, you get unlimited games for a period of time rather than a set number of tokens. And your unlimited games include a crane game and all of the ticket games. How many times can you play skee-ball in an hour? How many rounds of pop-a-shot? How many times can you pull the lever on Billy Bass Fishing? That's a dollar per pull at other places. The pizza was better. It wasn't as crowded. The employees had things under control. Great experience. They deserve a gold star.
Very accommodating to children. They saw how much my son loved the animatronic Chuck that they had someone come out in a Chuck suit even though they were not that busy. Great place, highly recommend.
Food was not too long of a wait and the kids had fun!
My 9 year olds favorite place of all time, especially this location because he absolutely loves the animatronics on stage, and lots of locations are getting rid of them sadly. We have had a few parties here and haven't had a bad experience!
