Outstanding service! The restaurant was pretty busy when we arrived and we were advised that the service may be slower than normal. However, our server was very prompt and attentive, and we experienced no delays at all. This was a very enjoyable experience and filled up on several different appetizers that were all very good, especially for "bar food". Will definitely go back.
The wait staff is very friendly which adds to the pleasant atmosphere. This added with good good and service makes this one of my more favored places to frequent.
Great service and food! Met here for a Marine Parent meeting and would definitely return! Nice private room off the side for larger groups
Friendly and attentive staff. Fish came out burnt and the waitress put in an order for new fish as soon as I mentioned it. I was disappointed that they thought it was okay to serve an order that was so clearly overdone. Not being able to dig into my meal at the same time as the rest of my family was disappointing, but the new fish was much better. The customer service by the wait staff keeps this from receiving a 1-star.
My boyfriend and I came here tonight for his birthday dinner. Our draft beers were super cold, which was awesome. Coldest beers we’ve ever had! Our food came out very hot, and even though the appetizer wasn’t done before our meal, our waiter and the staff were super courteous and took it off the bill no questions asked and made sure we were properly accommodated every step of the way. Our first time, and we will definitely be back.

The Appetizers were good we had the brussels sprouts and the mozzarella sticks service was good. My son and I ordered the fiesta tacos, the chicken on the tacos look like it came out of a can or was a sandwich spread it was on top of all the cheese in the Pico de gallo and was ice cold and absolutely disgusting. My husband ordered a blackened chicken Alfredo with a side of shrimp skewers. His Alfredo had no chicken in it and they threw mini shrimp in the Alfredo the taste of the Alfredo was sour. My daughter ordered the kids mac & cheese and it was cold we had to send it back for them to warm it up. My father-in-law got the fish and chips and his fish was burnt. My mother-in-law ordered the ribs and she said they were good. Overall we will not be back we have been to Champs many times and it was one of our favorite places we have not been in a while but after this day we will not be back.
