The food is delicious and not your typical burgers and chicken sandwiches. Brisket so tender and Nashville heat fried or grilled chicken with layers of flavor. The fries are thin cut and seasoned. Many choice dips to add flavor and so much more. Stop in for a real treat and a little heat if your taste buds can take it. Enjoy!
Good experience. The food came out fairly quickly. The only complaint is my wife ordered some nachos and the chicken on the nachos was very sparse. Also the cheese was kind of cold on the nachos. The server was great and she was extremely busy.
Story time:Came here on a Wednesday night. Not super busy. We got seated. We waited for close to 9min for a server to come even talk to us. Then we placed our drinks order and food together. We get our food after 35-40 min of waiting. My wrap has tomato’s on it after Asking for it off (Not the servers fault) I told her that their was tomatoes and she took it back And got a new wrap after waiting 10 more min.She asked if she cud give us a scoop of ice cream as an apology, but I’m lactose intolerant and avoid dairy products as much as possible. I also stick to a diet of not eating “junk food” so dessert is off the books completely for me. I asked if she could just give a discount since the food was wrong and the wait was long (which she acknowledged to us that we had been waiting for her for a while and that it took Long for our food. She said she would talk to a manager. No manager came to talk to us about the situation but she claimed their was nothing she could do about the price.I believe this place has customer service issues… I’ve never once been to a restaurant where your order is wrong and a manager doesn’t come talk to u next to that give u at-least 10% off for messing up an order that was simple (just no tomatoes). Still tipped good it wasnt Fully her fault but very disappointed in the service today…. Probably done going for awhile.

Went for dinner with friends and food was ok at best. Every time I order the boneless wings they upset my stomach. Thought it was the sauce so tried the dry rub and same thing. I am not sure if it is the coating or if the chicken is soaked in something before the breading but NO good. So I tried the burger and it came out so over cooked and dry it was not good and it tasted like it was in the freezer uncovered. The beer was good and cold and the only thing that was a positive here! The potato wedges were so small and over done. Another person in the party had the boneless wings and he had the same stomach issues and had to stop at the gas station down the road.For how much the price have gone up here, the food quality should be much much better. Not recommended
Okay, first off... that Carolina Reaper hot sauce was ON FIRE!! ??The server was off on a few things, but that can always be a variable these days. We got a table pretty fast and the table was nice and clean.I gave 3 stars because of the service issues. The bill was wrong, no refill on my drink, the waitress brought us the wrong drinks, and had billed us for them until we asked for it to be removed a second time.I definitely recommend trying the Carolina Reaper sauce ?Great Food!!!
Decided we would take advantage of an email to get $10 off entire order tonight but found out all my rewards points had expired because I haven't ordered in 12 months. Problem is this location has issues with online ordering thru app and last few times we called order they never updated to my rewards. So even though I should have activity to my rewards in the last 12 months it appears I don't and all my points are gone. Seriously???? Most times the order was messed up at this location anyways so this is the final nail in my BWW ordering. I will stick to places who actually have good prices and take care of their customers.
Lied about wings being buy one get one free. Which is what they keep telling customers. In fact it only 50% off the second order. They word it so when the Wait staff tells you "its buy one get one free". When I called the waitress out on it she laughted at me... Violation of the Michigan Consumers protection act. DO NOT GIVE THEN YOUR BUISNESS!!!
Got there Got seated. The waitress came over asked about drinks. Got us our drinks. Then Ordered our food. After ordering food we got our appetizer and it was room temperature. A few more minutes later we finally got our food. The food was also room temperature. I Ordered wings and they were alright but I wanted them to be hot and fresh not like room temp and waiting. The fries were not that good either. Think to much pepper or whatever sweet spice they put on them just gross....
Went to go have food and enjoy myself. The waitress was good. We get our Waters. Then order our food. Isn't food supposed to be nice and hot. It all came out at room temperature. Why would I want room temperature food. Was not impressed with the French fries. The ranch dressing was ok not the greatest.
