Waited 40 agonizing minutes for my order only to find the drinks had been done for some time but the food wasn’t ready so half melted frozen drink. Meanwhile I listened to the employees giggle b gossip another girl kept looking at the shiny part of the coffee maker to fix her hair n check her makeup 50 times. They wouldn’t bag my order or drinks had to do it myself! Most unprofessional location I’ve ever gone to and will never go again
Don’t go unless you have all day to wait ! I go and pick up 1 coffee 1 breakfast sandwich and 1 muffin = 25 mins ! Just unacceptable did not care at all that they waste not only my time but the time of the customer that ordered the food !!! Need better leadership !!!

Spring is in the air & Bigby has their Lavender line out. I tried the honey lavender latte & it did not disappoint! The staff is friendly & the coffee is amazing!
One of our favorite watering holes. Ask me if I would ever pay this much for coffee and I would normally laugh at you. So I made the mistake of trying my wife's mocha moch with 3 shots. Now I'm hooked! If you Don't like $6.00 for coffee , DON'T TRY THIS! LOL Worth every penny.
I just waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line and paid $6.88 to receive my latte that was 4 inches below the rim. Rediculous!
They actually nailed the request for two pumps of flavor BOTH times I ordered it here. Good job y'all.
Need to revamp how you ask for tips. Please don't ask someone to add a tip before the service is provided and they even know if the foods and drink is correct.
Both my bagels were cold as well as my coffee by the time they gave it to me. It was literally just sitting in the back because they forgot to serve me my food. Not happy paying so much for cold service. Also not happy they wouldn’t accommodate for they’re poor service.
Coffee is the best here always tastes great and the customer service is excellent!
