This review is for Door Dashers: recommend avoiding this location. I waited 20 minutes for one beverage and bagel sandwich. Told the employees the name before a line of people and they decided to have me wait 20 minutes while they served customers who placed orders after me. Very disrespectful in regards to "customer service" . Date of visit: 5/22/22 at 11am
I usually stop at this Biggby on the days I drop my kids off at school. The staff is friendly and my drinks are usually made correctly, if not, they are quick to fix it. The store is pretty clean. Missy, the assistant manager in the morning, is full of suggestions when I want to try something new. Tried the Bananna Chip freeze with a bananna instead of the Tonic, very tasty, almost like a dessert.
I can remember her name that helped me she was so kind and help me have a better

The honey vanilla cinnamon was amazing and the staff are friendly. The regional manager was there and she welcomed us with a smile!
i ordered two drinks i found on the app and the barista immediately had an attitude because she didn’t know what the drinks were. she continued her attitude when making my drinks then spilling it everywhere out of the blender. i paid for a medium but she gave me a small cup after spilling most of it. she never apologized or told me. then she decided to tell the next customers not to order the drinks i got. i won’t be going here againnnn
Used to be my go-to biggby since it’s right across the street from my job, but probably won’t be going back to this one. Baristas always have an attitude, and one time I came in the lady behind the counter essentially had a breakdown. She yelled at all of us to hold on, (no one was saying anything) because she kept taking more orders before actually starting any drinks.
My wife and I have really enjoyed going to this BIGGBY. Definitely one of the better ones in Lansing. Staff does a great job of making the drinks and is always helpful and kind.
It's a great place to sit and think while enjoying a cup of coffeeI LIKE IT✌??
Stopped in to get a cup of tea to go. Staff was very confused about my request for just a plain black tea.
