Great service great coffee ā
Shout out to the young man working this morning around 10 am on March 12, 2022. He was completely alone and it was extremely busy. When my daughter and I walked in, there were six people ahead of us, more coming in after us. He kept calm, was very polite and expedited the orders in an organized, timely manner. Whatever he was doing, really worked for him. Kudos to him! And my drink was the best Iād had from a BIGGBY in a very long time!This employee absolutely deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication to your franchise!
Been in line for over 40 minutes today. I'm definitely late for work now. 3/4/22. If Doordash orders put you this far back, might want to reconsider if that's worth while. Lately it also seems they're out of this more often
Exactly what you'd expect from a biggby. Nice place to sit and have a quick meeting with a cup of coffee. They have free Wi-Fi if you need to study or do a quick download.
This is the location that I usually go to and I was not happy with my coffee after I had already left. This was the first time ever that I couldn't drink all it. End up dumping out the rest of the coffee.
Got a mocha mocha and a mint mocha. Good service (:
Biggby is one of the best in Lansing, always clean and friendly atmosphere, great coffee and hot chocolate!

I'm going to give me a three stars because of their price I'm ashamed to spend $12 each morning if not 15 just getting a simple bagel and a coffee but let me tell you the coffee is amazing and their bagels are great too
