HUGE shout out to the afternoon crew today (4-25-22) We love this location due to the amazing customer service. I have to special order some of my stuff and they always get it right -- today, there was a mistake and they caught it at the window! Totally worth the few extra minutes to have what I need! This is my favorite the barista’s are all very kind and patient. Carmel marvel are the best but she said just try this red velvet and tell me what you think . It’s good too but I love my Carmel marvel hot with a extra shot . Thank you biggby
I love biggby! Coffee is great and the customer service is even better. The only problem I’ve had is while sitting in the lobby enjoying my coffee while watching the baristas cleaning the areas and what not around me with tools that don’t work like the vacuum and brooms and dust pans and it makes it less enjoyable for me to sit and drink my coffee
Very disappointed we lost our dog on New years eve I came and asked if I could place a missing dog sign becouse they have so much traffic from the neighborhood maybe I could find my dog but they said no
Normal BIGGBY but not online or call in ordering I have Hate any place on 2021 that is not up to date with technology. So without online ordering all call in I attempt to go before work wait in line to finally be served and they are all out of the product I want after wasting 20 mins of my life when Panera and allOther coffee shops including Starbucks have online ordering options. Tho is enough to make me save the 7$ I spend a day at BIGGBY and take my money to a company more customer friendly.

I'm not a coffee drinker, but stop for friends. Biggby folk are so nice they could turn me into a coffee drinker
The coffee is always good and consisent. Staff is always friendly.The problem with this location, designed as a drive-thru, is that the driveway is before you get to the store. It is not well marked. People miss that drive and turn down the street next to the store to enter the drive thru from the back. There is no way to merge the traffic from both the street in front and behind. I stopped there today and watch people fight for spots in line.
Have had progressively worse experiences here over the years (regular customer since 2014), but today took the cake. Long line in the drive thru, decided to go into the lobby. There were other customers in there and someone had just walked in. The barista locked the door as I’m getting out of my car to come in and turned the “lobby closed” sign around as there are customers trying to walk in. No “sorry for the inconvenience, we’re swamped and can only handle the drive thru right now”. Or even just letting the two customers in who were walking up. Extremely rude and strange catty vibes here.
