Baristas are always courteous and quick to get things out
I'm disappointed that this biggby doesn't have the dome lids anymore. I can get them at other biggby's so I will stop coming here because it really changes the tasted of my coffee. I always get extra whipped cream because when I mix it in the coffee gets sweeter but the short lid requires either less coffee or no extra whip which is what happened today and ruins my experience and my morning.
The people who work here are super sweet. Customer service is always great. My go to biggby on the way to work :-)
Ordered 2 coffees. One was cold and the other one was not what was ordered. They said they were busy2 cars in front of us and 2 cars behind us. Couldn't go into lobby as it was closed.
By far the worst biggby, I get it isn’t fast food but your coffee is always cold, takes forever, and a Day, the customer service is poor. I had to get out of line because my break was over and a kept handing her coffee back through the window because they just can’t get anything right at this point. I was the second one in line for over 20 minutes and decided to just leave, I’m gonna start going to the Michigan Ave one from now on
Today my husband went to go get us coffee, he order Moca Moca hot and i always get the frozen nutty mocha caramel. I dont know if the products are going bad or the person just didnt make the drink right but they are both aweful. Make sure to take a sip before leaving the window
Closest Biggby to my house and I have never received a correct drink at this location. Whether it be the right type of drink but wrong format (frozen vs hot..etc) or just completely the wrong drink.
They were amazing and the coffee was great. I appreciate their service :)
Thinking wrong I should give them five stars because the drinks are so amazing and I also love their bagels they only get three stars though because they are so damn pricey it kills me everyday but I must stop there so addictive
