I always have great service here, and once I was even asked a trivia question for a free coffee! The only reason it didn't get a full 5 stars, is because 1. the location is hard to get to (on a one way in a parking lot) and 2. it's often incredibly busy with a super long wait because it's downtown. These things make me hesitate and really think about if it's worth it to head downtown, or if I should visit a different location.
Came to the reviews while waiting for 30 minutes in the drive-thru, just to see if anyone else felt the way I did. Like a previous poster mentioned, this is the closest option for my route, so I stop here a few times a week. No matter the length of the line or the time of day, this location is painfully slow. They rarely ever greet you at the window when you pull up, so after 20 minutes of waiting in line, you’ll spend another 5 min simply waiting for them to acknowledge you and take your payment. Add another 5-10 for them to rustle up your order and your breakfast stop is now twice as long as your commute. The best part is the lobby still isn’t even open, so they aren’t dealing with anyone but the drive thru. I just don’t get it, but it’s certainly to the point where I’m uninterested in stopping there anymore.
Drive thru can be slow, but it's a good coffee shop, you get what you expect from biggby. I would recommend to a friend that wanted a coffee based drink.
I just wanna say when I came to the drive thru the one by the stadium there were a lot of cars in line. I was hesitant at first because I thought it would take long I ended up waiting and it the wait was not long at all. I’m glad I ended up staying. There were two girls their names were Morgan and Jenifer they were the best. Super friendly! I left them a pretty good tip if I say so myself. I will be coming back!

Why haven't you opened the lobby?! It no longer makes sense, the one next to the capitol does it! It is right on my morning route, drive thru sucks!
Great food and service. I'm sure the baristas would appreciate it if customers were able to leave tips on cards. It's 2021..
