I love Biggby Coffee but it's definitely a luxury item for your taste buds. A drink and a breakfast sandwich can be $14+. However, I will say the jalapeños bagel breakfast sandwich is super good and a lot of sandwich.....I don't like that it takes so many points (12) to earn anything free. It seems like no matter how much you spend you only get 1 point... and that's only if you don't use a coupon.
The staff is great. The owner needs to take care of their parking lot. Hopefully not the same owner as the one in Holt
staff was super friendly and patient. even though it was a long wait they were still cheerful and helpful when we got to the drive-thru window. our drinks we ordered were just as described and pictured as shown on the menu.

It’s full of potholes!#1. If you order hot chocolate, check it before u leave to make sure it’s actually hot chocolate! I ordered 2 for my kids. Got home, my daughter said it didn’t taste like chocolate. I opened both of them, and they were both in fact…just hot milk!!! No chocolate! ?I seen another review on here that said the same thing! So apparently that wasn’t a one off!#2. If u order a ICED coffee, and u like it to be cold and have ice, do this; Order a medium w/no ice. + a Large cup of ice. Then pour the coffee in the ice cup. It will mess up the pretty whip cream & syrup on top, but at least it’s cold!!

The drinks at BIGGBY are mixed. Some are great, some are not-so-great. The prices are somewhere in between a normal coffee shop and Starbucks. I enjoyed it, and the place was good overall.
