We love this place! Great place to get some knowledge and vitamins and they have some great sales. Thanks so much for all the yummy food.Oh they have super delicious entrées that are ready to go in the cooler by the deli. Highly recommended for an inexpensive and healthy meal.
Called ahead of time to place an order for the cafe and we ended up getting there before we actually got connected. We decided to do the grab and go and the food was so old and disgusting we couldn't eat it. The grapes were covered in mold, the tortilla wrap was so soggy you couldn't pick it up, the salad was soft and old. I don't know if they change their date on their stickers or just use really awful produce to begin with, but we will never again be going here.The customer service was also terrible. First of all the phone service, then when we get in there are 3 people at the check out leaning on the counters, on their phones, and gabbing. Greeted by no one even though the place was dead. Another customer was having a hard time flagging down someone to order food at the cafe.Also the hot food bar looked like it had been sitting there for days. So grossed out by this location.
Bottom of the barrel place. Better off going to any other vitamin/supplement place or ordering from a discount place online. 15+ yrs and customer service is still bad. Used to be 70ish lady (possibly owner) and now it's guys (1 with extremely bad b.o.) that talk amongst themselves about the gimmicks of the supplements being sold. Employees unhelpful as they have no clue about supplements but offered to help find things. The items they actually had available I found myself after employee offered something different and said they didn't carry it. Shelf prices are lower than what it rings up and cashier was annoyed and ignored it while wanting to proceed with a phone #. Avoid this place.

Cold..terrible vegetable pizza. Squash on top was uncooked..hard. Didn't know that they could create a pizza then place hard pieces of squash on top.. not a good plan folks! Smoothy ordered was saving grace.
I have been to better Health Markets in locations all over Michigan, and they've all been pretty great... But this one is rather small, and doesn't offer as much at the hot bar. Actually, my gf bought the BH Made Pure Protein Salad and I found a produce sticker chopped up inside. We had already eaten half of it before finding it. Makes me wonder if they even washed the produce if a sticker had been left on... IDK it was pretty disturbing & I don't think I will be returning to this location.

This is a fantastic store! It's too bad a few Karen's give it a low rating based on them not wanting to just make it easier and wear a mask, and how they threaten they won't be back, they don't realize they're doing employees and customers a huge favor ? I'll keep coming back, love this store!
