They have really been not too good the last few times I ate here. The chicken nuggets were fried too hard and the fries just don't taste the same. Maybe it's not all of the Arby's but this location the food is just not worth the 25 minute wait. Be prepared to sit a while if going to this location as well. But I can say they have pretty good customer service and manners.

I am pretty sure I live here now. I have been in the drive through for 20 minutes after paying. 10 minutes before that. He just stuck his head out and said they are just now putting down fries for us. We got the bag and it was missing part of the order. If I was skinny I probably would have starved to death before I got my food. Best part, there is zero chance these. fries were fresh, they might have been fresh 30 minutes ago when we got to the window or in another universe.

Quite literally the WORST drive thru in Lansing. Rude, know it all drive thru employees who are never wrong, and scream over top of you when you're trying to talk to them. Plus you get to wait in line for 35 minutes for the pleasure of being yelled at, seriously.Heads up to the owners; Whoever the woman was working the window at noon on Saturday, June 4th 2022, she's not a great representative of your brand. Definitely hurting your business.

Went here today around noon. The cashier was friendly, BUT... the older fella working the fryer was eating food while cooking and chewing with his mouth wide open and tounge hanging out half the time. And was eating food from the fryer with his gloves on so he might as well have been licking everyone's fries because I saw him grab random fries to fill containers. Completely ruined my husband's appetite and we thought about video recording it and sending it to corporate but didn't.. pretty sure that's a health code violation. Definitely will go out of my way to go to a different location from now on. How gross.

There's been several times that they've made a mistake on my order, or the food is cold and you have to go back through the line, or their speakers not working outside or they're not listening. But there are several workers there that are very polite and very nice

They sell you obviously old stale buns for all their sandwiches. Tried here two days in a row hoping it would change just got even more stale buns. Don't eat here. Tried this place once again got a buffalo chicken told them nothing else on it but the buffalo sauce lady said there is nothing else on the sandwich got it and there was so much sauce the sandwich was just mush and it had rancher a blue cheese on it so I couldn't even eat it waste of $10. Definitely not going back again now.

Food always solid. Employees always great vibe. Sometimes tend to forget a couple things in order but usually solid. Roast beef could always be more fresh but they can only work with what they got. #mozsticks

Lady manager was a credit to Arby's. Didn't catch her name, but she's the one with the white truck. Excellent service, great fresh food, she's the reason why I'll pass up closer Arby's, to dine at her location. She'd fit in preparing food at the White House.

Wow, I understand that times are hard and there probably isn't as much staff as there should be but there needs to be some kind of warning for the drive thru. I was the second car in line and waited 40 minutes. I've eaten much faster at sit down restaurants.

Wow. Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. So these guys are as slow as slow can get. This this is no longer a fast food place; this is an employee go at their own pace place, don't give a care about anyone or anything place, forget about the customer and make you wait 45 minutes for your food place while they lose your original order and make you wait while they make it again place. These people have given up. I would recommend going to some other Arby's rather than this one even if you have to go out of town.
