Never got my food after I placed my mobile order even though it was before they closed but for some reason my pickup order for one burger showed it would have to be picked up 25 minutes later... Pathetic app and a pathetic company. No wonder Chick-fil-a will put yall out of business in no time. Also, zero customer service for app so I just lost money and can't get any refund. Do yourself a favor and eat literal concrete before going to an Arbys because thus company is a joke that even Chris Rock wouldnt even dare to tell

I will never eat at this Arby's again. I sent an email to their corporate office and have yet to get a response. I was served a piece of raw chicken and ok, I get you were busy but when my fiance took it in he was treated as if we we're lieing. How the heck do you lie about that?! We took pics and the messed up thing was, I took a fricken bite and swallowed it before realizing it was raw. They had breaded it and put the buffalo sauce on it so I could tell until it was to late. Do you know what your body goes thru when you consume a raw piece of chicken?! Let me tell you, its not pretty. I feel awful for my fiance for having to help me and clean up after me. It was awful. I was supposed to start a job the following day, that didn't happen. So, thank you Arby's for such a unforgettable experience my fiance and I most likely will never forget.

Very disappointed my spouse order a chicken slider and when he went to go bite into all he got was a mouth full of raw meat called the manager she was not happy with kitchen staff. She offered replace the meal and was going to but my spouse was scared that it would just be the same. The kitchen staff need to take their job more seriously when it comes to handling food especially raw food. I'm posting a picture of what my man specifically but into so people can see but I hope and pray this doesn't happen to anyone else as my spouse could of gotten really sick

Love the brisket and turkey sandwich they have. They also serve seasonal food like fish only during lent. This is not a regular on menu. For this visit it was drive in. They were slow and only allowed one car order to pay before requesting next car to order. Thru the window I could see no one was wearing a mask or social distancing. There were 3 people in the area by the window I could see. I do suggest to check your bag before you drive off to make sure you have what you ordered.

A good Arby's cares about the sliders and these were perfection ?

Chicken tenders were raw in the middle. I noticed after I swallowed my first bite. Hoping I don't get sick. Never had a problem before this but I am certainly not going back to that location. Shame. I love Arby's tenders.

Very upset they discontinued the Diablo sandwich. It seriously made me start going to Arby's again, it was the best fast food sandwich there was.

Good Arby's, the line goes by quickly even when they're busy. The food has always been good so far.

I, personally, like the food. However, if you work for a food delivery service, this isn't any kind of drive thru line you want to get stuck in after 7pm.(ever really). This place stays busy and you'll easily get stuck for 15-30 minutes. And no, it has absolutely nothing to do with the pandemic or worker shortages... It's ALWAYS been like this. I can't speak for dining in as I've never set foot inside this location.
