Just so you know..Keke P is wonderful. We gave her 5 stars for the exceptional service and great personality. She checked on pur table several times to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Great person!!!
These guys can’t seem to read orders… The last two times have have ordered curbside pickup, they have either missed items or gave me something I never ordered. It’s really not that hard, not sure why there are so many issues with this store. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
Food was good but unfortunately it came before the drinks. Aubrey W. our waitress had much better things to do like a hang out in the take out booth with the dish boy. Finally at the point when the bartender served our food with our appitzers at the same time. The bartender went ahead reminded Aubrey she had customers. We finally received our drinks and a glass of water with the bill. When we were still in the middle of our meal just after she placed the bill down she immediately returned asking if we had sign her copy yet. My wife was in the middle of a bite of food when she decided it was time to clear her plate at that point it was time to leave. Remind you this was on our date night for her birthday. ? Shame on Aubrey W for poor customer service for our new generation of people with no identity or self worth.
The waitress was clearly high. Couldn't remember our order. The food came cold and didn't even have everything that was supposed to be in the meal. Forgot our drinks, waited over an hour just for drinks we ordered an appetizer and we never got it. And they only had one other group of people there.
I've had a very bad week. I need comfort so I reach out for some pretzel sticks and won ton tacos. It arrived hot, delicious and genuinely the best I've had delivered... Generous and so yummy. Really needed this. Shout-out to the cooks tonight! *Chef's kiss*

Nicole the bartender is absolutely f****** amazing!!!! outstanding customer service, good memory, very kind and helpful. Very clean and organized. she made the best drinks. It was definitely a great experience ? she has a great sense of humor, With immaculate customer service skills. Thank you Applebee's.
My family went to Applebee’s for dinner the other evening and really enjoyed everything about the experience. The manager Desarae was fantastic at making our dining experience every it could be! I’ll definitely be returning soon! Thanks Desarae and the staff for an awesome meal and great time!
Nicole the bartender/amazing worker made me feel welcome and comfortable. I've never wanted to spend more $ in Applebee's than when I met Nicole. Shes pretty much the best and should be CEO soon. Make this happen. Amazing service. Thank you Nicole.
Arrived at the Applebee's today, January 12th, 2022 I really like Applebee's but today I went into the Applebee's on cedar Street and waiting to be seated and employees just looking at me waitresses walking around that work at the establishment didn't even acknowledge us standing there so we left. I hope this doesn't happen again, but the day was awful for Applebee's. I did contact the manager to bring that to her attention
