Just had breakfast here this morning. Food was hot and fresh. The staff was courteous and friendly. This is exactly how it should be. The crew did a great job! I can't compliment them enough.
This location is completely useless. It doesn't matter what time of day or night that you go, they won't have baked potatoes. Or any other menu item that requires a tiny bit of planning or prep. Just tried to stop for a couple Frosties, the stock room door was propped open, 2 employees were sitting on the ground chilling, and the drive thru was blocked off at the ordering screen. Lobby is always closed. Business as usual for this place. Don't waste your time.
I thought it was strange that when I get extra features removed (for example, no bacon or a single instead of a double patty) there is a panic and confusion from the staff.I looked into it. The owner/franchising company DOCKS THEIR PAY if they forget to charge or mischarge items.Workers here deserve better wages and more respect from their corp. I’d encourage other patrons to draw attention to this. I’d also encourage the staff to consider unionizing.
Absolutely disgusting found a live bug crawling around in my salad, tried calling the store 4 times with no answer and tried calling corporate with no answer after 30 minutes and had to return to work will never be eating Wendy's "fresh" food again
Don't use the app to order and pay for a couple of Frostys because when you get there they might tell you they're not available and neither the cashier nor the manager know how to refund it back. Having to dispute it with the credit card company. Brilliant app that allows an order for something unavailable in the first place.
I don’t ever leave reviews but I just went to this Wendy’s location at 9pm. The girls at the window did not say a word and just put there hand out to accept payment/hand you your food. The fries were literally COLD and the nuggets tasted like they were at least 2 hours until sitting under a Luke warm heat lamp. Very bad experience. Not usual of this location, honestly. But tonight was terrible.
It is currently 10:08 pm, all the lights are on, there is a visible worker in the drive thru window on her phone and there is a wet floor cone in the drive thru. The place is supposed to be open till midnight. I have photo proof of all of this and if it's the workers they need to be repremanded and if it's a choice by the management you need to post something. I've seen no less then 10 cars try to go through what clearly looks like an open restaurant from the road. This is not cool
We waited in the drive thru only for them to have almost nothing my wife tried to order and got several items wrong as well as serving cold food. They were out of Baked Potatoes, Frosties and even though they charged us extra for it, shredded cheese on our cold chili. We ordered 2 chilis and only got one spoon and the nuggets we ordered were not included. The dining room door was locked and we had to block the drive thru to get the attention of a worker who’s demeanor was uncaring and abrupt. We finally got nuggets (also cold and stale) and cheese sauce. So disappointed. Where is the management or owner?
My fiancé and I have tried going to Wendy’s on multiple occasions within the last month and anytime we go in the evening, when the day manager is gone, we’re greeted with “our system is down and we can’t take orders”. I kid you not, we've attempted the drive through at minimum 3 times and we’re told this exact quote.
I like Wendy's burgers, but this restaurant was so unkempt that I'm likely to never go back.There were 4 guys working.One on the fryer and one making sandwiches (super slow, but he stayed busy) and two doing relatively nothing (maybe they were in training; don't know)The manager seemed disinterested and stayed in the back.No one at the counter.The guy making the food eventually asked if he could help me.Glad I placed my order online or I might still be waiting.However, if I hadn't already prepaid, I would have walked out without ordering.
