Definitely worth a try. We eat Subway and subs often and I have gyros quite often. I definitely say they were better.
The women who took our order was fantastic. The sandwiches hit the spot perfectly. If you’re driving through Kalamazoo like we were, this is definitely the spot to get a quick bite to eat.
Met some friends for lunch. Very busy and the cashier taking orders was a bit frazzled. Her boss must have said something to her, because she was defending herself to the customers. Not very professional. There was no need for that.Food was fine. Nothing extraordinary just a decent sub sandwich. The main event was the visit with friends. Glad they have a sit down space inside to eat and so we could visit.
I frequent this amazing place for good reason!! The food is always excellent, and if there are ever any issues, the staff are super nice and quick to fix! I just love going here because I have never had a bad experience, which is why I keep coming back! Thank you! Love chatting while my order is prepared
I don’t see what all the hype is about? Went here for my first time, 2 workers at the time. 3 customers on a Saturday night. Building was old, weird parking lot. Dining area and ordering area are split by a wall with less than modern decorations. Could use an update. Sandwich was about $10. Italian is what I got. She said it was their most popular, asked if I wanted it warmed. I said yes, extra Mayo too please. Once I got home, sandwich contained less sauce and not even enough meat for the price. Bread is too much. Lettuce looks like scraps. Probably won’t return. JJ’s does a better job.
Great subs. Great staff. The bread is fresh, and delicious. I got a pita, and it was very good. I also splurged on a small capicola and mortadella. Delicious! I have to go back when I'm on the area.
Best sub I have had in a long time. Bread is really soft, fresh and tasty. The girl behind the counter was really nice and answered all of our first time visitor questions.
Great sandwiches. Very quick service. Staff was great. One suggestion. Menus in the line or posted on the walls would be great. It slows the line and puts a lot of pressure on you standing at the counter trying to order while searching for something.
The staff is great and so nice! Great memory too! I always say it’s always the small places that are the greatest. Good sandwiches!!
It was either wait in a long line at Culver's or order and p/u a sub from Wally's (not dissing Culver's). I'm glad I chose the latter. I went with a large Italian on wheat with chips and an enormous dill pickle -- all for less than $15. One of the best subs I've had in a long time. They are very generous with each item, making it a substantial sub.
