This review is strictly regarding customer service. This was my first time at Tropical Smoothie. I was not greeted upon entry, however people were all working. Someone walked past me to the front because I wasn't even sure where to stand or order. I didn't think too much of it at the moment since people were working, yet surprised that the crew wasn't more inviting. The young lady cooking the food was a great representation for the company.I did pay extra for the sweet potato chips, they looked so good! Unfortunately they never made it back in the bag. I'm willing to give it another chance but I would be sure to double check your order before leaving.Food was good!
Yummy. Order early for pickup because their process takes time; if you order in store be prepared to wait. Recommended though. ?
Loved the hurricane smoothie when they had it, but it was a limited time flavor. The banana chocolate peanut butter smoothie hit the spot for my hubby and I got the strawberry pineapple banana smoothie. Both very tasty.
I’m pretty sure these people here are faking good reviews. I’ve stopped by at this place as delivery driver to pick up food and this time for the first time as a customer, and the level of rudeness of these young chicks working here is extraordinary. Especially today this blonde lady just stared at us from the moment we entered into the building without even saying a simple hi even at this early hour of such a nice summer morning. Shame on you shame on you shame on the manager
Love their food and smoothies and you couldn't ask for better service. Very clean place ,bathroom are clean and well stocked.
Really rude, and had a attitude with me because they messed up my order! This branch always hires the people with the worst behavior.
Rolled up and could see the girls working were eating out of the blender cup before pouring our drinks and putting them in the cooler. They didn’t seem to care we were looking right at them them, they keep spooning out smoothie and sharing it amongst themselves. Very gross, drove away and called to canceled our order, she seemed to know why. Still waiting for the refund. Idk why someone would do this, thought maybe it was because we didn’t tip.
The quality of their chicken has gone downhill. I ordered delivery from here several times during 2020 & the food was always quality & delicious. I got a chicken quesadilla last week & had 2 bites of fatty chicken. Sadly, I won't be back.
Prices are a little high but service is great
