“6 chicken tacos: 2 with just cheese and the other 4 with cheese and lettuce”I had to repeat that 3 times and the person making the tacos even repeated it and I got home and they STILL got my order wrong ? literally only 2 of them are right and some are beef on top of that.. I hate beef

I just wanted to give a huge shout out for ruining my 40th birthday and leaving 15 people stranded for dinner this past Saturday. You closed with no warning knowing we were coming at 6:30. My husband “reserved” the basement and was told that it would be no problem!Given that it was the start of craft beer week and the Bells run was happening, no one was able to accommodate us last minute. I cannot believe how unprofessional it was.My family patronized a taco bobs location at least once a month and I for sure will never again.
It’s an American take on Mexican street food. For example, the cheezy taco was great; so good I had to order more than one. Nothing crazy about the ingredients but the combined flavor is what did it for me. Also, with names like the funny taco, it’s hard to imagine you are going to get a great double-decker styled taco but prepare to be shocked! Haven’t had the burrito yet but that seems to be a popular choice. Great lunch spot.

NEVER EVER EVER get my order right! Never! Not once. Doesn’t matter who’s working. Either I’m missing a drink, NEVER any sour cream on the taco delux, sauce not included, not made to description on the menu. Don’t dare deviate and ask for anything custom.
The food we had at Taco Bob's was horrid. There was a piece of plastic in my "burrito", and a rotten handful of tomatoes on my girlfriends. The menu is also super repetitive, and lacking.The place is tiny, super hot and stuffy (at least when we went). Would not recommend.
Always great food. The atmosphere changes with the vibe of downtown Kzoo. Sometimes it feels like a young vibe, a family vibe and sometimes it's a cool mix of all ages. Regardless, we always feel welcome when we step into Taco Bob's on the Mall in Kzoo.
